Personal service is great ... it's a thing of the past and it was refreshing to experience it. I purchased a new vehicle in February of 2017. My warrantee required I used the dealership for my service ... worst service ever. my first experience at Service Street was a surprise. I was introduced to the mechanic working on my vehicle and he asked me questions about my vehicle to make sure he took care of all my concerns. Some of the issues with my vehicle might be covered under my extended warrantee. The service manager recommended I check to see if these issues would be covered under my extended warantee. Extremely IMPRESSED so far!!!!
