It was very quick to get an appointment made. When I noticed that they had forgotten to do my tire rotation (which given the holiday season and short staffing was totally understandable, mistakes happen) they immediately rectified it. They were incredibly polite and professional.

Made an appointment online, used the last of the prepaid oil change package and will buy another one. Car done quickly with a tire rotation included. To return in the near future for a wheel alignment.

Solid shop that can figure out root cause. They have great technicians and a wizard of a master tech, so don't snooze on em. They fit the bill of fast and quality, so expect a premium tag, but rest assured they'll do it right.

I was a walk-in customer for a vehicle inspection. Although busy, the staff got to me right away and explained the process and the cost. They also answered my question about a future service I'll need. I had my vehicle back within 30 minutes with an accurate invoice. Wendy and the team were professional and friendly.
