I can’t say enough good things about this Discount Tire CYPRESS location. From the moment I arrived, no appointment, minding my business on 290, and then had an alert of a low tire to my surprise. A screw- the enthusiasm, teamwork, and pride this crew takes in their work was obvious. My stress was lifted- I had an important hair appointment. Every team member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. You can tell they work well together—communicating clearly, moving efficiently, and supporting one another while keeping customers informed and comfortable. There was no sense of rushing people through; instead, there was a real focus on excellent customer service done right. It’s refreshing to see a team that not only knows what they’re doing, but takes pride in how they do it. Professional, respectful, and upbeat from start to finish. This is exactly the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back.

Excellent Service. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Easy to work with. I have a 2019 Ford Edge that I take to them because not only are the dealers far away, one of them wants to keep the car for three days to “evaluate” the issue. Here you get an answer quickly. If it’s easy for them to fix, it’s no charge. My car has always run great after I get it back.

Wonderful service. We hadn't driven our truck in 1yr do to the cost of the repairs, for just 1 part. They made it possible to fix EVERYTHING in an affordable price. Turns out we had to have 3 major repairs done instead of the 1 we thought. Everywhere else made it seem impossible to fix our repair. They keep you informed every step of the way. I ❤️ how they text your with all the updates and additional repairs that needs to be done. They even sent me pics of our worn out brakes and spark plug. I'm not mechanical savy, but they helped me to understand what the pictures were showing. They have earned my business for LIFE.
