I can’t say enough good things about this Discount Tire CYPRESS location. From the moment I arrived, no appointment, minding my business on 290, and then had an alert of a low tire to my surprise. A screw- the enthusiasm, teamwork, and pride this crew takes in their work was obvious. My stress was lifted- I had an important hair appointment. Every team member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. You can tell they work well together—communicating clearly, moving efficiently, and supporting one another while keeping customers informed and comfortable. There was no sense of rushing people through; instead, there was a real focus on excellent customer service done right.
