Another service company quoted me between five and $10,000 for some rework and after reviewing the issue, they were able to repair it for much less. I return here because of their honesty and good work. Highly recommend.

I returned after my oil panel/cover dropped from an oil change, as the clips are known to break. Thankfully I didn't drive with half the panel down and it wasn't too damaged. I believe it fell sometime overnight on Friday as I would've heard it while driving. I sent an email on Saturday night and I was called early and was left a message on my phone when they opened on Monday. They immediately sent out a tow when I called back around 7:45, and I picked up my car on Monday afternoon after they called again to say it's ready at noon. I doubt this situation was made from neglegience, but regardless of how the situation happened, it was rectified ASAP.

This place is awesome! So glad they are new to our neighborhood/community. Maria was very informative on the phone and when I got into the shop, both she and Melissa were a terrific help. Got me in quickly and introduced me to the manager, Shelby, who is also awesome. Quick and affordable service. I highly recommend this location for all auto needs.

Very respectable and straight forward company from the time we spoke on the phone to the time I picked up my vehicle Ian and Steven made sure everything was explained and wasted no time getting me in. Very reasonable priced and honest company !

Very nice and easy to work with. My Buick is 12 years old. It needed some TLC. Service Street ran thorough diagnostics and gave me a detailed report of issues. I didn't want have to do everything at once so I spread out the work and they were great about it. Got it back today and its great. She might last another 12 years!

I had oil changed and tires rotated in my wife’s car on Thursday, and Ethan did a great job of trying to sell me a five pack… he also gave me excellent advice on troubleshooting my dad‘s old car. Two days later, I met Dave, the manager, and ended up buying the five pack when I got the oil changed and tires rotatedin my dad‘s wheelchair van. I am waiting for a proposal on potentially doing some work on my father’s 2000 Buick Park Ave. ultra supercharged… Solid group of guys!

I am giving five stars for the hospitality that this company and Dale or Dell provided us. We couldn't start our work vehicle. We were down the street with no jumper cables, asking people around the hospital, and this amazing person gave us a jump. They didn't ask for money, just offered good help. I would recommend a company that does this, one that wouldn't try to make you overspend, certifying their heart for automotive.
