Your team was able to schedule a diagnostic test for my check engine light on the same day that I called. The service tech spent extra time to make sure that he understood the problem before giving the truck back. Though the truck was unrepairable, I felt the staff was honest in their diagnosis and with their recommendations. Thank you

My husband and I love taking both of our vehicles here. Larry and Nile are two of the best customer services experienced we have ever had. They'll is business is trust worthy and reliable. They have worked with us on timelines for repairs and have helped by giving us options when we had a hard time paying for a very pricy repair. They communicate with us so well in the progress of our vehicles. I will recommend them to people all the time.

If I could give this shop 10 stars I would. I have a long review coming. First off, my husband and I are moving from Virginia to Texas. On the second day driving my car broke down on the ramp to the highway. Devastated and worried, I had my car towed to this shop. I had all my items in the back of my car along with my cat Osiris. Upon entry, I was met with Blaine and Vance. Both of which were kind and welcoming. Especially my cat Osiris. They allowed him to check out the space, offering him pets, and then he settled into a seat. Vance and Blaine were incredibly kind and chatted with my husband and me for hours. The gentlemen at the shop very careful took out the boxes in my car and organized them next to the car. (They even put it all back where it was in my car when the job was done!) It turned out that my car needed a new fuel pump, which would take a few days to come in. We got a hotel across the street and waited. Blaine and Vance were amazing about communicating with us regularly, answering my questions, and easing my mind. A few days passed and my fuel pump finally came in. Blaine immediately called us to let us know the time frame. Sadly, once the pump was replaced there were a few more hiccups. Blaine made sure to explain everything to my husband and myself and we decided to stay another night. Around 4pm, Blaine called my husband with the good news! They were able to fix the issue and get my car started. I’m BEYOND grateful for this shop and for all the workers who were diligent, focused, and kind. It was really stressful to be stranded in a state in the middle of a move, but the hospitality and kindness these gentlemen showed made this so much easier. I cannot recommend this shop enough. They are also incredibly knowledgeable!! Seriously, this is the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop. Thank you guys so so much. Had problems with my 2011 GMC Yukon misfiring all that was needed was a fuse, so I took my 2006 Nissan Murano there problems starting turns out the battery was totaled dead they installed a new battery. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of these guys. I highly recommend them and I will be taking my 2006 Jaguar to the so it can be fixed to pass emissions.
