Jody, Hayden and the Stars in the Bay had us back on the road in 1 day. Quality work and Top Notch front desk staff made my vehicle issues a whole lot easier to deal with.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. My car broke down nearby and they were able to take me in right away even without an appointment. They diagnosed the problem and kept me informed throughout the repair process. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find service like this these days, and I truly appreciated how well they treated me. Highly recommend!

Definitely would recommend them for all car needs. From start to finish it was positive experience. Tyler was amazing and made sure everything was communicated and I was taken care of! He even came to work on his day off to make sure I had a ride to work!

I received excellent service from Service Street on two occasions for my 2014 Honda CR-V in the last two weeks. On the first visit, they did an alignment for tires I had just purchased at Discount Tire. As part of the service they checked the rest of the vehicle. They reported that the transfer case had a leaking seal. That really surprised me because Schomp Honda had just serviced the car the previous day and said the seals were fine. I took the car back to Schomp and asked them to check. This time they found the leak and fixed it. Honda also told me the battery was good. When the battery failed the next week, I took the car to Service Street to replace the battery. So far (one day later) the battery seems to be working fine. 5/7/26 update Visited Service Street again for routine maintenance. They were prompt and did a great job in the time they quoted.

They even sent video proof of what was going on with our car! Never going anywhere else again! They don't make you feel cheated or taken advantage of. All around amazing experiance

Replaced the battery on our 2019 XT4 in about 90 mins. Looking at the utube video they had to take apart a lot of stuff.

I had my truck towed there for engine failure unfortunately, the warranty company endurance was awful,although I didn’t get my truck fix I would definitely use them again in the future,Chris was amazing if I could give them 50 stars I would!!

I was given the name of this place from a competitor in the area that told me they couldn’t help me. When I walked into Service Street I was immediately greeted by the store’s new manager Will Porter who was so kind and helpful. He made sure I really needed a new battery by cleaning off the corrosion as well as test the existing battery. I appreciated that extra step. Turns out I did need a new one. They got the work done well and my car is running smoothly again. Conveniently located by Southlands, this is a wonderful place to take your car for a variety of repairs. I have found my new place and cannot recommend Service Street enough!

Best Auto Repair shop for Breaks pads and rotors for a great price with top quality parts. They also did my drive belt and have a master technician on staff that can do full auto repair. Gave me a 3 year 36k mile warranty and had it done same day

I felt it was important to update my last review- absolutely outstanding service again! The new manager was top notch- even met me outside with my keys and paperwork when I went to pick it up. Highly recommend still! It was very quick to get an appointment made. When I noticed that they had forgotten to do my tire rotation (which given the holiday season and short staffing was totally understandable, mistakes happen) they immediately rectified it. They were incredibly polite and professional.
