They are truly professional and genuinely helpful. They provided honest, accurate advice about my car and even took the initiative to look for available discounts to help me save money. While my car was being serviced, they arranged Lyft rides for me to ensure I wasn’t inconvenienced. They also followed up afterward to check on my car’s condition and inspected it again at no additional cost. Overall, the level of care and customer service they provided was outstanding.

Great service. No crap no add ons people that are willing to fix and take care of you. Old school shop that is hard to find. Give them a chance and you will be amazed. They care.

It is rare to find an autoshop that is straightforward in its repair. There is no BS from anyone. They tell you exactly what you need and do not try to upsell any services. Other autoshops in Georgetown take photos and put flashy warnings on everything that could potentially be replaced. I exclusively come to Service Street because I know I can trust them with their opinion.

This is the place to go if you want reliable work and a friendly atmosphere. Brenna is always on point with everything and is the main reason I come here. They took care of me with a free tire patch today and previous oil changes. Plenty of online coupons to lower costs so keep an eye out and bring your car to Brenna if you need ANYTHING done!
