I have -three- cars and this is the only place I go. David & Ethan are so knowledgeable and I will only ever trust them when my cars have any trouble. They work on everything from BMWs to Toyotas, gas and electric, and they -never- upsell or overcharge me (which I’ve unfortunately experienced elsewhere as a woman). Honest, skilled, and trustworthy mechanics like this are so rare! I highly recommend them. You won't regret coming here. ❤️

I had the best experience with Service Street when I had to have my motor replaced in my car. They worked quickly, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about the whole process. Larry worked on getting me the best deal possible with cost and warranty! It’s been a few months and my car is running smooth with no problems!

I really appreciate how Sam took me out to my car to show me specifically what needed to be replaced (i.e. tire rods) for the next visit, as well as the picture and notes that were emailed to me. This helps me have both a visual understanding of the car and what needs to be repaired, as well as a record they I can refer to.

My experience was nice. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I needed an oil change today but I will definitely use Service Street again.

Was able to get in for my appointment at my scheduled time and out when they said I'd be done. No unnecessary upsell and reminded me of a couple of concerns that I could come back to have done when ready. Chris, the GM, and his staff always take good care of me.

This Frisco location has me thanking my lucky stars. I am so happy to have found a tire station that cares for their customers the way I felt yesterday. They took care of a sensor problem my vehicle has had for years and no other mechanic has been able to resolve. Shout out to Mr Ryan and the front desk staff. Thank you, thank you!

Briana is fantastically fabulous.she was kind courteous and professional.

Truthfully told me when I first went in that it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. When I went back the next day it only took 25 minutes and they checked all systems . Very pleased.

I have an older car that’s been giving me some issues and I couldn’t pin down what the exact problem was. I took it in and they found the problem quickly. I had an honest conversation with Justin, who provided practical and reasonable options for my vehicle. Great service, cordial, and honest. We will definitely use them in the future.
