Steven, Matt , and the service team were awesome! Had issues with my 2014 Subaru Crosstrek AC! EVAC Recharge. Problem solved. There was NO up sell. Fixed the issue and out the door. All my oil changes and future car repairs will be completed at Service Street Auto Repair! Cheers to a well run and honest car repair place.

Can always count on being kept up to date on whatever service is necessary.

Outstanding service as always. We will not take our cars anywhere else. Good catch on the well worn belt and tensioner. It may be a bit more money, but you get what you pay for. If you want a quality job, go to a qualified service provider that stands behind their work.

My day was met with strife until I reached your business. You were able to get me in and out quickly and with hospitality. The lobby was comfortable, not that I had a lot of time in there!! I also dropped my wife’s debit card at the store, when I finally retraced my steps they had it right there on the counter waiting for me to find it!! Thank you for making my day twice!!

The staff was so friendly! It was like being taken care of by friends and not just strangers in a mechanic shop They really make you feel at home. The waiting room was clean and has a coffee bar and cold water bottles. We were in and out for our emissions test! Thank you again for being so nice to us! We’ll be back for sure!

I have had work done on my Altima for annual inspection, air filter and in cabin filter changes, new tires with rim replacements and alignment and oil changes. Each time I was impressed with the entire team. The facility is clean, the counter staff kept me informed, and the service technicians did a thorough and timely job. While I was there, I observed several other customers come in. Customer service/experience is a high priority to the team at Service Street. I have been pleased with the service, value for my $, and quality of work performed. This is the only place for my car, good-bye dealer service.

This shop is awesome great prices and awesome service and fast and reliable. I just started going there and will go for every problem with my cars.

I was overly joyed to find a car repair shop where I dont feel threatened that I will be taken advantage of. Everyone was professional and friendly. Myself and my daughter got all of our concerns addressed with Dylan and David! Thanks gentleman!

I came in yesterday without an appointment, they were able to get me in right away for an oil change and a tune up. They even helped me take off my license plate for free. Very honest and professional for an affordable price.

I’m truly grateful for the exceptionally courteous and professional staff. I stopped by because of a flat tire, and they took the time to carefully inspect it. They clearly explained why repairing it wouldn’t be safe and even showed me the exact issue. I really appreciated how seriously they follow safety standards and how patiently they walked me through everything. Since I had insurance, I told them I would get the tire replaced at another store and was prepared to pay for the inspection. They kindly refused to charge me. It was also close to their Saturday closing time, and I wasn’t able to tow the car to the other location. Without hesitation, they offered to let me leave my car there safely and told me I could arrange towing on Monday. Their kindness, honesty, and willingness to help—especially at closing time—meant a lot to me. I’m very thankful for the way they treated me and for the genuine care they showed. I will visit them for my future auto needs.
