I’ve come to Peach State Auto Repair twice now. Both times, the customer service has been A+. Even though they weren’t able to assist me the first time, the rep pointed me into the direction of a shop that could. On my most recent visit, I needed assistance due to my engine under tray being loose. The rep took my keys and had me taken care of within about 15 minutes. He made sure that there was no damage to my under tray and explained to me how it could have happened. Although I was prepared to wait longer, I was relieved that I didnt have to.

Always a good, actually great, experience. People are professional, the office is clean, and the car techs are polite and well groomed.

New ownership! I gave this place a try again after a bad experience with the previous management. I had a great experience and will definitely be back. The new owners really seem to care about the business, the customers, and the community. Great prices on the services I had performed!

I went to Service Street because my car broke down and I’ll say that Mr. John was great help. Not only did my car get fixed same day, but the customer service experience was absolutely incredible!!! Highly recommend!!!

They accept all 3rd party warranties and work for you to get as much of the repair covered as possible and as quickly as possible thanks for helping me with my new transmission!

I came into the shop and I was immediately greeted by a young man name John. I told him I needed a complete tune up on my truck and needed it done asap. He said “I’ll try my best to get you in and out but we are thorough with every vehicle that is brought into my shop”. He pulled my truck in the shop, took care of the tune up and found a leak on my valve cover gasket. At first I was skeptical but John showed me a video he made with the mechanic to assure me it had been leaking for a while. The price was a little more than some places but I get a 5 year warranty with all the work done. I’m sorry but I’ll never go back to the dealership or anywhere else. I rather pay for great service with a warranty than a cheap rushed job. He even offered to drop me off or uber me if I needed to be somewhere. Thank you John and crew for honest work.

Efficient, affordable, quick turnaround. Will use them again, and highly recommend you do too. The complimentary Lyft service to and from the shop they offer is really convenient.

By far the best team and shop not only in the city but the state. Don’t waste your time going elsewhere and go straight to this team - they are honest, trustworthy and reliable.

I had a wonderful experience at Service Street Tire & Auto Repair, I called that same morning when I realized I had a screw in my tire and asked if they could repair it that same morning. They were quick to help me and get me back on the road I was super relieved that I didn’t have to wait hours because I needed my tire fixed fast. They were extremely kind and helpful I would definitely recommend to everyone and will use them again in the future. Thank you for everything and the amazing team!

First time visit. Minor repair to a tire, but it allowed me to visit the business. Was very impressed. Staff was friendly and attentive. Very nice facilities with a comfortable waiting room. Other customers in the store were having more substantial work completed, and they seem pleased as well. Staff helped me quickly. My repair was reasonably priced.
