Driving from Estes Park , Colo to Dallas, Tx recently, the water pump in my truck died on the north side of Colorado Springs, Colo. I ended up at Service Street. The dealer said they wouldn't even look at the problem for two days. Nathan, Nick the rest of the office staff and my mechanic bent over backwards to get me back on the road. Tactfully putting up with my repeated, "Is it ready yet". The office was clean and well managed, the bays were clean, tools properly stored, uniforms as clean as they could be after a half days work. I listened as Natha, tactfully mollified an irate customer or two. Great service, great people, and competitive prices. The only problem was that some staff, Nick opted out, thought the jerky I bought from next door and shared was pretty good. I intend to send some of mine to acquaint the staff with just what jerky should taste taste like. TheOldeMan
