Well Knowledgeable and great customer service

Had a fantastic experience. Dylan was great. He was very knowledgeable about my car and was actively searching for ways to save me money through every step. He took the time to explain each issue and made sure I understood every step of the way before proceeding. This place has so much integrity and so much genuineity. It makes me fully trust putting my car into service's hands. Every time i've come here , it's been an extremely positive experience , and I never feel gipped or manipulated. Most definitely the best mechanic location I've ever been.

They’re friendly, they always greet me by name. I’m always provided a fair quote and an explanation as to services that are needed whether immediately or in the future.

Well knowledgeable and great customer service

David, Dylan & Eric all Grade A+++++ Super Stars!! Not only did they make me feel comfortable they actually treated me like a valuable family member!!! I listened and gave me their honest opinions!! Those 3 gentleman deserves raises!! The 3 of them are a very valuable asset to the company!! If they were to ever leave….Service Street Auto would lose lots of customers and the company itself will regret it! I truly appreciate and value those 3 guys!!! Service Street Auto has a loyal and dedicated customer!!! (as long as David, Dylan & Eric are there) Most definitely a 10 out of 10 with those gentlemen!!

The best car service I’ve had in a while!! Eric, David & Dylan are AWESOME!!! They listened to me and gave me their honest opinion!! I believe if they were to ever leave Service Street Auto the company….That company would lose a lot of customers (including myself) and the company would regret it!! Those 3 gentlemen are a very valuable asset to Service Street Auto!! They NEED A RISE!! I appreciate those guys!! Service Street Auto has a loyal customer within me!! (As long as Eric, David & Dylan are there!!) ps: Eric is the best mechanic on the whole East Coast!! Argue w/your mama & not me!! LOL

visiting with street service was a phenomenal experience. Shawn at the counter was very professional with gentle manager, and his staff was extremely helpful. We made our appointment for Tuesday. That was the opening and this was on Friday when we contacted them. We walked in on Saturday with the part in our hand to see if they can make sure that they can do the job that needs to be done since our car broke down and we needed it because we are one vehicle family in a campground. Shawn was able to accommodate us with a sooner appointment for Monday now at 2 o’clock, our car was towed they pushed it into The spot in the bay and took care of our vehicle and we’re done in a couple of hours. We appreciate everything that they did for us if we would ever need a service place again we definitely would use it. We definitely will recommend our family and friends to go there.

A great first impression—everything was clear and efficient. They gave a detailed explanation of the car’s issues. I’d also like to mention the very friendly service at the front desk and from the mechanics.

As usual 5 stars all around! Honest & friendly. I moved out of Castle Rock, but decided to stay with this Service Street anyway, because I trust them & why go anywhere else, when you’ve already found the best :)

Service Street was able to offer me customized, affordable, and same-day service. They are very knowledgeable about cars, and even had an Uber shuttle service. You could do so much worse than using them for any car repairs or preventative maintenance you need. Thanks!
