I have a 2008 Mercedes S63 AMG, l had a knocking when car was started on a cold start, I googled repair shops found servuce called asked is they had a mechanic that can work on this car, l was told yes, took the car there was called the next day was told car was fixed charge $ 2,800 got the car started it the next morning same sound took the car back, now this time car was there for a 8 days, was called the car is fixed, also had valves covers gasket put on charge for gasket job $500.00, started the car next day same sound, called them was told l needed a new engine...do l called another mechanic that works on high end German cars took the car to him after he inspected the car l was told service street charged me for work that was not performed, and parts that was not changed, l was charged $ 1,444 for for new cam ajusters magnets that coast $204.00 ea at dealer they charged me $350.00 ea x 4 and only changed 2, they charged me as l stated $500.00 for valves covers gasket, they replaced rides sensors charged me $300.00ea x 2,and $200.00 to program them and they did not need programming and $130.00 to put them in, they only have two little screws on each of them, and located on the top wheel well as soon as the hood is opened they came they see them, so l called them they denied everything, so now here we go to court. Beware of SERVICE STRRET in snellville,ga they are dishonest. I will say shop around first, get prices, before going to them.

Just wanted to say that the team at the Aurora, CO Service Street really took care of me. I'd trust Sam, Charles, and Chris with my cars any day. Charles especially has the patience of a saint and goes the extra mile (and then some) to help customers feel informed. I definitely feel that I got more than my money's worth through this shop and can't recommend them enough.

Great, prompt and professional service. Had an issue late Wednesday night, they took my car in first thing Thursday morning and had it addressed within an hour. Rob Sardakowski and the team are customer service-oriented professionals.

Great service! Fast and convenient service. Great customer service. Answered all my questions. Called on Monday and was able to get me in on Tuesday. Had my car (engine light was on) fixed and oil changed in 2 hours! I will recommend this repair center to all my friends and will be brining all my vehicles in for service. I am glad that I found Service Street, as they employees and service was 5 star!

Yesterday I posted a review expressing my frustration about the issue concerning how I felt screwed out of my money because of my car. After my experience in the last 24 hours, I want everyone who leaves these reviews to know that they DO read these and listen to your frustrations. Your voice is heard. I was so unbelievably frustrated yesterday, and they DID makes things right. They took great care of my fiancee and me, and I would go back again.

Thank you so much to Edward and his team, I had a very pleasant experience getting my oil changed. I felt like they weren't just trying to upsell me, i honestly trust what Edward advised. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, the Highlands Ranch location made me feel like I can trust them with all my maintenance and will be coming back in the future. Alexandre was great to work with. Car repairs are not cheap but his great customer service helped ease the pain a little. I recommend him and Service Street.

Stopped to check my transmission fluid. My experience at Service Street on North Carefree in Colorado Springs, Co. was over the top. I observed a spotless customer service area as well as waiting area & the car servicing area. Alex was a perfect gentleman and was very caring and concerned. I was taken care of and received the extra attention and help for which I greatly appreciated. Dave was a gracious and perfect well manned gentleman who made sure I got to a car rental place. In the service area I met Jessie who explained all that needed to be done on my vehicle, whom I appreciated all he did for my car. Runs good now ...Thanks Alex, Dave and Jessie for treating me like if I was your only customer from beginning to end.
