It was my first visit to the shop. I needed a vehicle inspection. When I walked in, I was met with a friendly greeting, a positive response to my questions, and ultimately, great and prompt attention to my needs! I was impressed!

Been here 3 times now and I have to say they have always taken care of my vehicles in a timely manner and prices are responsible. The people up front are very nice and polite. It’s strange to see that the previous manager Shelby Thrasher is leaving one star review on a business he was working for. Retaliation maybe? Anyways Seems to me that the business is running a lot better now that he is gone.

Best repair shop around! They are fair and honest. We have taken our cars here over the years and will continue to do so. We never feel like they are trying to upsell us. They tell it to you straight and only do what you need.

I am a returning customer and am always very happy with the service. My appointment is always scheduled, and the mechanics are on time and thorough. The men at the front desk are always kind and provide excellent customer service. I appreciate having a heads up regarding anticipated service so that I can plan and budget and the prices have always been reasonable. I'll be returning in the spring for an a/c check and transmission maintenance.

For context, I just moved to Frisco and I am looking for the best places and businesses to support my life. Diana demonstrated outstanding customer service. She also was very competent and effectively communicated everything. The work was quick and high quality. And the digital report they sent me via text — which is super convenient— is detailed, transparent, and coupled with the pro tips given by Diana, critically helpful for planning my next repair. Lastly, all of this at the best price compared to the other shops in the area that I called for a quote. Thank you!

I couldn’t be more pleased. Jeff was super helpful and took the time to answer my questions. The technician completed my service the same day and there was no push to upsell unneeded services. Service Street will be my “go to” mechanic from now on.

Been here for oil changes, nail in my tire, coolant flush, etc. technicians are so helpful each time and very professional. Been going here for maintenance and repairs for past 7 years and haven't had any issues.
