My boyfriend and I were driving to Myrtle Beach from St. Louis for a wedding and right outside of Knoxville, the car started overheating late Friday night. We were able to get it towed to our hotel and in the morning, Cedar Bluff Street Service was able to us in right away and find the problem. They were able to replace the thermostat and radiator cap within just a few hours. They were very nice and helpful, even with us calling a few times to check the status of the car as we had to check out of the hotel. If you are close or far from home, I 100% recommend them!

Very seldom do I give 5 star reviews. However, this mechanic is amazing. They are honest and upfront with pricing. I went in to them for an oil change. They did a full inspection of the car with it. I never felt pressured to purchase anything more from them. They gave me a list of things to keep my eye on or be aware of. They did a wonderful job.

My car broke down in front of their shop, they were super helpful and went out of there way to help me get my battery replaced. One of their employees actually ran into the street with me to charge my dead battery and get my car to the shop where again the battery died. They didn't charge me more than necessary and even applied discounts. Really kind and really good service.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a shop. It’s so clean and welcoming that it doesn’t even feel like you’re at a mechanic. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and honestly above anything I expected. The team kept me informed, treated me with respect, and made the whole process easy. These guys are awesome won’t be going anywhere else.

Service was great. Came in last minute, with no appointment… they took me in the spot. May not be the case all the time, but it worked great for me. Gentlemen at the reception was very attentive and considerate. We bring our vehicles often, great garage shop in the neighborhood.

Went in out of the blue with a 2001 Saturn internal heat sensor. on time and on budget . Changed out within a few days day. I was pleased with the results. Going back for more work.

Went there for an alignment and new wipers...no appointment. Got me in and out in less than 30 minutes! They are very efficient and know their stuff. Will be back!
