I am giving five stars for the hospitality that this company and Dale or Dell provided us. We couldn't start our work vehicle. We were down the street with no jumper cables, asking people around the hospital, and this amazing person gave us a jump. They didn't ask for money, just offered good help. I would recommend a company that does this, one that wouldn't try to make you overspend, certifying their heart for automotive.

Service street was so helpful! My car broke down on the side of the road. They walked me through what to do and when that didn’t work they sent a tow truck! They were very communicative throughout the process and had my car fixed in less than 2 days. I felt very respected being a female which is sadly rare for auto shops

I visited today this facility, Steven is very helpful. He got the car diagnosed for free and guided me in a correct way. This store is the best. I appreciate all the help I received. Thank you.

Service street replaced my tire, which had a nail in it, since they were still under warranty even though there was an issue with the paperwork from the original purchase. When one of the studs unexpectedly broke as they were replacing the tire, the customer service representative Skip gave me options and then kindly stayed with me after hours (a full hour!) until my husband could come and pick me up. He also offered to arrange a Lyft ride. The general manager Chris and the customer service representative Karen provided excellent customer service and seemed to genuinely appreciate my business and tried to accommodate my schedule and situation to get me own my way.

I would like to give a big shout out to Travis and his team. My Car had a rattling noise, I needed my car fixed right away, I was skeptical at first because I am a girl and to my surprise the price was not bad at all. The customer service was fantastic they went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Had a great experience at this shop. Staff is very attentive, made sure all my questions were answered and explained everything throughout the whole process.

We popped a tire up the street, so stopped in. Brett was super nice, helpful, and got us in and out the same day even though they didn't stock the tires we needed at this location.

Brooke is an amazing technician and anyone would be lucky to leave their car in her care. Highly professional straight forward and a life saver. Again 5 star service absolutely NO complaints.

Excellent service. The Manager Adam was great I have followed him here from the previous shops he has worked at. He is honest and tells me what I need and doesn't sell me on anything I don't need. For a single mom on a tight budget that is a blessing g

Today I experienced exceptional service when dealing with a tire issue. After purchasing new tires, it was discovered that two lug nuts on one tire was cross-threaded, preventing the replacement. Discount Tire referred me to Brakes Plus on Broadway on Highlands Ranch. When I arrived without an appointment, service advisor Brian immediately fit me in and performed the necessary repair at no charge. A true example of going above and beyond. Thank you Brian and team for your help!

I went for an emissions test for my car so I could renew my car registration. Everyone was polite and considerate. The wait time was @15 minutes only. Waiting room and restroom were clean and neat. Price for inspection was only @$18.00. Could not ask for more on this visit.
