Brought an EV9 here for a pre purchase inspection and got a comprehensive top to bottom AND some of the friendliest service I've ever had! From my experience, I'll recommend Thomas Strong and the crew here to anyone, anytime.

Got me in within a day with a very quick tire leak. Kind, courteous, and explained the problem in detail before fixing it for free. Will be returning for further services.

Staff was very welcoming and didn’t wait long at all. Next time I need something done I will definitely be back. Great prices on oil changes as well!

just had an oil change done... service was done in a timely manner, and the price was competitive. During the inspection, it was brought to my attention, some other non-urgent repairs would be needed, and was provided pictures as confirmation. It gives you a piece of mind the suggested work was in fact needed, and I appreciated it.

Wonderful people and great service. My sister and I had a brake line blow up on us, we were 6 1/2 away from home. They got the car in and immediately started on it. They were so kind to us and fixed her car pretty quick!

Prior to coming to Service Street I had a local dealership complete a recall repair. The dealership quoted me an astronomical amount to replace the controls arms on my GMC and also labeled a critical failure on my power steering unit. They were clearly incompetent. Neither of these “issues” were an issue. Aziz quickly identified the correct issue and completed my repair very quickly. The total cost was 1/3 the dealership quote. Win win!! Great service and a great repair!

Great customer service and great people

Everyone at Service Street was really friendly. John met me outside as soon as I pulled up and made me feel welcomed right away. Ephram and the techs out back were great too. I explained my situation and what was going on with my car. The techs ran diagnostics free of charge and let me know exactly whats wrong. They explained it really well. They even gave me a quote on the part I needed to fix it and the pricing was fair. Absolutely would come back here for any of my car needs!

Grateful for the customer service, I appreciate the team at Service Street for taking good care of my car!

I tried this service station for the first time for general maintenance on my car. The team was professional, courteous, and provided good communication and feedback regarding my vehicle while I waited in the waiting room. I would go back again. I also like the fact that they are a full service shop.

Quick, thorough and extremely easy to deal with. BTW, O’Reilly’s told me the battery was fine, which I knew wasn’t the case. Deanna did not sell me anything. She explained that the battery was low and what that could mean. She didn’t push anything, she helped me. That’s why I’ll go back to them.

I am very pleased with the service is was provided. I had a real stinky situation ( mode/sour smell) coming through my vents. After the disinfectant treatment I received it no longer have this issue. Thank you very much!!
