They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The work was done efficiently, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but this place definitely earned my confidence. I’ll be coming back for future maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

I just had the most incredible experience at Service Street Tire & Auto Repair. I went without an appointment for a tire repair and had a great experience from the time I walked in, to the follow-up call when they were done with the work. I'm just so impressed with their staff and professionalism. I will be back!

Service Street on Hess Rd was the best. They explained things in simple terms that even this lady with no knowledge of cars could instant. I’ll definitely be back when car needs any work.

Today was my first visit. I was greeted by Jerry who immediately made me feel welcome. The reception area was clean and welcoming as was the waiting area. Upon completion of my requested service, I was shown some other work that I would need. Most places will have you sweating from pressure, but not here. At no time did I feel pressured to complete the work immediately and I loved that feeling. I will be back and tell others. They also have convenient hours. 4/25/26 I’ve been back several times since my original post and service is still the same absolutely awesome!! I can’t recommend this place enough!

Found this tucked away shop in mableton next to the McDonald's. It's a small cozy shop with coffee and tv. The front desk guys were nice and diagnosed my issues and got me on my way within a few hours.

I took my car in for an oil change and I knew that it would eventually need a 60,000 mile service but I wasn’t ready to have that service done yet, but when they inspected it and gave me a price to have everything done It was very reasonable actually it was better than I expected it to be so I told them to go ahead with it. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and instead of making me wait they offered to take me home and then when my car was done, they brought it to me at my home so I didn’t have to come back and pick it up. Thank you service Street for a job well done.

Very thorough service and they have an app that they describe in detail what was done, what they find, and recommended services with pictures of their findings. Excellent!

This is the BEST auto shop I ever been Frankie gave me too tier customer service made sure my car was taken care of I wasn’t over charged for something I didn’t need !! I’m a forever customer here they have earned my trust to come back my car was in one peace when I picked up the place is clean and everybody was nice and willing to help with whatever I needed !!! Don’t look anywhere else go here trust me AND ASK FOR FRANKIE he will get you right !! I loved my experience here
