Excellent service, nicest people. I will be going there again

The charging system in my Chevrolet service van was failing - the battery light was on-off-on-off for several miles. The guys diagnosed and repaired it in a very reasonable time-frame - especially considering I was a "walk-in". However, two minor (and I do stress "minor") items for consideration: 1> an online "bonus savings" coupon ($25 off $100/$50 off $250/$100 off $750 repairs or services) was a current offer from Service Street's website. That $50.00 off would certainly have taken the "bite" out of $500+ repair bill. It would have been a pleasant surprise to have that mentioned at the time of service, rather than learning of it upon returning to the office. 2> a vehicle's clock will lose memory when the battery's disconnected. Before returning a vehicle, reset the clock. Radio stations, I understand .. the clock, not so much. Otherwise - a good job, guys .. thanks!

Excellent service. Brought my 2012 Dodge Power Wagon in for pre-hunting season and 60k mile service. Anthony called in the morning, with the estimate and promised the work would be completed that day. What a promise. Came by near closing time, and still had an estimated hour to go. Anthony said he gave me his word it would be done. at 9 pm I received the call it was completed. Anthony and Louis put in the time and extra effort to complete the job. Exceptional! Any other place would have called and said sorry. Anthony and Louis stood by their word. I am now a customer and my wife is too. I have not experienced a promise and a delivery like that in this industry ever.

So far so good pleased with the service I received.

Everyone at Service Street was courteous and professional...The waiting room was clean and quiet so I could get work done while waiting. I would highly recommend Service Street and would gladly return.

I brought my car in to resolve an electrical system charging issue. The problem was found to be that the alternator was not working properly. Service Street installed a new alternator. I took delivery and all seemed well. While driving later that evening, my "Battery", "ABS" and "Brake" warning lights all began flashing. I returned the car to Service Street. Their analysis concluded that the "new" replacement alternator was defective and they installed another one. They tested, and retested, the second new alternator before returning the car to me. All is well now, but in the end I had to make two trips to Service Street (as well as curtailing my previous evenings travel) due to their installation of a defective alternator (overcharging my system). The matter was handled in a courteous and professional manner but I wish that the first replacement alternator had been better tested.
