SERVICE STREET AUTO REPAIR

I have visited this location on two separate occasions, and on both they were very helpful and accommodating. On my first visit I had multiple services done and I was in and out in about an hour. On my second visit I made it right before they were about to stop doing inspections and they did it for me and had me on about my way. They are very professional as well as very personable. I will be visiting them again whenever I need something else done. Thank you guys!

Ive gone to the Cypress location now on 2 different occasions and have been in and out in 20 minutes or less for a state inspection. The crew there is professional and are all around good people. I will 100% go back.

An auto mechanic establishment is supposed to be honest and trustworthy. There is nothing honest about this place. I took a potential car i wanted to buy to Service Street in Snellville. The process barely took 45m. I thought that was a bit fast but the inspection was complete. Based on the information given to me saying it was a good used car to buy and nothing major showed up. I bought the car based on this great information. Not even 24 hours later the car would not go over 20 miles and all the service lights were on. I brought it back the following morning and the manger wanted to charge me $300+ after i paid almost $200 the day before. The manager took no responsibility and would not look at it if no money was paid. Everyone tells us to get cars checked out before we buy but what about the rip off. All this place wants is money and no accountability. Don't trust them and I would never refer or go to this place again.

I brought our car in for an exhaust leak and the staff took great care of us. The leak turned into a bigger problem and Christian put in a lot of extra time trying to work out solutions for us. Overall, a great experience.

I had taken my car in for service at Briar Forest location . I was taken care of very well by the mechanic & the manager. I would recommend them to everyone. They are very conveniently located also.

Walked in around 8:20 in the morning to get an inspection done on my vehicle and John greeted me very friendly and warmly upon entering the building. He was able to work on my car right away so no time was wasted and I was able to walk out around 8:40. The facility was very clean and neat. Since I just moved into this neighbor, the treatment received today makes me select this location as the preferred one when I'll need to service my truck next. Highly recommend it !!

I stopped in to inquire about pricing for inspection sticker. (2021 BMW 530i) Not only did they quote my a fair price but could provide the service ASAP. The sitting area was clean and service was quick. I was in and out in a short time. Thanks for a great service. Mrs MT
