I brought wife's Toyota Matrix in for an oil change on 9/18/2018. Additional issues were brought to my attention. I approved new wipers and Jace provided a list of additional items to consider. I deferred these suggestions until I reviewed them with my wife. While washing her car recently, I popped the hood to check the observable condition of the drive belt. Also, I decided to wipe-down the engine compartment when I noticed that the air filter cover was not secured. I opened it to check the status of the filter only to find that it was no longer there.
