From what I can tell so far,the work done on my vehicle was excellent. The additional services done,I thought was a hard sell,maybe not.I'd rather have preventive maintenance done now,than pay something more costly later.I still feel the experience was a little on the intimidation side,even though I went away thinking the job was done well.I'll probably go back when something needs to be done.Maybe.

I brought in both of our vehicles within a few days of one another for oil change/tire rotation and you were able to work me in and get me on my way in less than 30 minutes in each case. Great service and very courteous as well!

Greetings,I took my 2001 Golf in for a routine service. The work was fast and efficient. The service manager pointed out that I needed brakes on the back and replaced the rotors and pads. I purchased the 5 pack of oil changes for a good price and look forwad to continuing my relationship with Service Street.

I purchased the 5-Pack Oil Change package, but the techs do more than just change the oil. They are very thorough in checking out the basics of my car. The price on the balancing was very reasonable, as well.

I took my vehicle in for service, and it was taken right back. They were very thorough in inspecting the vehicle and identifying future service opportunities, and I was back on the road in no time.

Professional service, did diagnose a number of items the dealership failed to mention and handled them.

I got my car in right away and the work was completed the same day and communication was excellent regarding the problem.

My experience was quite pleasant. I did not have a long wait and the counter rep was kind, friendly and informative.
