Service Street Tire & Auto Repair

I took my Ford Explorer in Sat July 19 because the check engine light had come on during the week. They found that the 4th Cylinder was misfiring and fixed it with a new coil and full overhaul on the spark plugs and wires. The next day I went 20 miles and the light came back on.....I took it back on Monday, July 20th and they found that another piece had been cracked causing a vacuum. They fixed it under warrantee and did not charge for the engine scan, part, or labor. They were really dedicated to make sure the customer was happy and that they fixed the issue even though it took more than one attempt. That is all we can ask for.

I have been using Service Street Marietta for about 1.5 years. Every visit is better. The desk staff, David in particular, guide me to the perfect (and cost effective) services. The value pack (5 oil changes) was an amazing deal. I've just finished mine and I'm purchasing another. It's clean and cozy. I actually look forward to getting my services done.

Love the staff at Service Street on Dallas Hwy! Great customer service and they don't try to pressure me into other services. However, if they discover a problem they explain it so I can understand it. Thanks Guys!

This team is Awesome! They resolved a lingering problem that my prior shop had multiple attempts to fix. Quality work at fair prices with great people skills. Can't recommend these guys enough!!

Went in there to get a patch job for my tire and it took them an 1-1/2 to finally look at it when it really should be an in and out job. Other than that the guys were very thorough explaining issue with the car and it was an excellent and clean environment.

So far so good pleased with the service I received.

I brought my car in to resolve an electrical system charging issue. The problem was found to be that the alternator was not working properly. Service Street installed a new alternator. I took delivery and all seemed well. While driving later that evening, my "Battery", "ABS" and "Brake" warning lights all began flashing. I returned the car to Service Street. Their analysis concluded that the "new" replacement alternator was defective and they installed another one. They tested, and retested, the second new alternator before returning the car to me. All is well now, but in the end I had to make two trips to Service Street (as well as curtailing my previous evenings travel) due to their installation of a defective alternator (overcharging my system). The matter was handled in a courteous and professional manner but I wish that the first replacement alternator had been better tested.
