First oil change service at Service Street - Quincy. Great staff. Service was complete sooner than I expected, but thorough work done. Thank you!

After having my vehicle in at another shop, upon driving home experienced issues leaving the vehicle undrivable. After contacting Chris at Service Street-Quincy, he made fixing my issue a priority and checked the vehicle for any other problems. I will be moving all of my vehicles over to Service Street on Quincy as I am confident that my vehicles will be safely drivable due to the knowledgeable staff and attention to detail.

I very much appreciate the fast care provided for my car. I dropped it off without an appointment today and they kindly fixed my flat tire, old struts, did an oil change and fixed my burned out headlight. The car is driving much better and I was treated well.

Took my Kia to Service Street for a bad engine under an extended warranty. Todd, Taden, Josh and staff worked extra hard to fight for me with the warranty company to be sure my engine replacement was covered and I had minimal out of pocket expense. I will definitely be using them in the future! These are guys you want in your corner!

This shop under Todd's leadership stands behind the work they do 100%. I also appreciate that Todd is always kind and respectful. Thanks for taking good care of me and my car.

Just wanted to thank Tyler for his professionalism. They replaced the master brake cylinder and brake booster on my Ford Edge. After picking the car up the brake pedal felt soft and was a little difficult to stop. When brought the car to have them check it again “Todd “ the General Manager acted discussed that I was back. Tyler who listened to my concern, found that the brake system had some air in the brake lines and he took care of the problem. Good thing Tyler’s the pro he is because if it was just Todd, I would never go back.

I had a significantly negative experience at this site on 2/5. Despite having a sign at the door saying "no mask, no service" a man came in with no mask, who was then met in the small waiting room by an employee (manager?) with no mask and they engaged in conversation there. I'm 65 years old and have seen a family member hospitalized with COVID, and still unable to walk after 12 weeks of illness/treatment. I know how devastating this illness can be-- 440,000+ already dead in US. Accordingly, I went outside (very cold that day) and waited there for well over an hour, while the maskless customer sat indoors for close to a half hour, and the employee, still unmasked walked through the waiting room, in and out, at least a half dozen times. "Aerosol transmission" is clearly not understood here. When I was called in to check out I spoke to 2 staff (including the unmasked worker), noting that the sign on the door apparently meant nothing, and the unmasked worker tried to assure me that "the flu kills more people", that he didn't see an unmasked customer (I reminded him that he spend a good deal of time talking face to face with him), and that he didn't need a mask because he was behind a plexiglass shield and 6 feet away (again--"aerosol transmission"), though he was walking through the waiting area repeatedly. This was my 1st visit to any Service Street site, encouraged in part by ad and website noting special attention to a safe and sanitized environment. I expect it will also be my last. As a separate issue, my service receipt states that "customer declined" differential service, when no mention was ever made of this service recommendation to me. Very troubling service experience.
