It was very quick to get an appointment made. When I noticed that they had forgotten to do my tire rotation (which given the holiday season and short staffing was totally understandable, mistakes happen) they immediately rectified it. They were incredibly polite and professional.

Made an appointment online, used the last of the prepaid oil change package and will buy another one. Car done quickly with a tire rotation included. To return in the near future for a wheel alignment.

Solid shop that can figure out root cause. They have great technicians and a wizard of a master tech, so don't snooze on em. They fit the bill of fast and quality, so expect a premium tag, but rest assured they'll do it right.

I was a walk-in customer for a vehicle inspection. Although busy, the staff got to me right away and explained the process and the cost. They also answered my question about a future service I'll need. I had my vehicle back within 30 minutes with an accurate invoice. Wendy and the team were professional and friendly. The clean, comfortable waiting lounge was an added benefit. Excellent service from people who know what they are doing.

I had to have my rack and pinion replaced because I ran over some road debris. I took my car to the only car repair shop I trust with my 2000 Honda CRV. After I picked up the car I noticed a vibration on the front passenger side, I called they said bring it back and when they looked the strut on the passenger side was in trouble. As anyone knows car repairs are not cheap, but Cole and the mechanic went above and beyond. They were able to put their heads together and tighten the strut up and hopefully it will last for a few weeks. Hopefully buying me a few weeks, if I am careful. NO MORE DEBRIS! Thank God for Cole, the mechanic and Service Service Auto Repair!
