I had been noticing a bird chirp like sound coming from the rear when my Nissan Pathfinder is turning a corner sometimes, and was getting worried as searching the internet pointed in possibilities around various suspension parts, power steering pump and so on that could cost considerably. When I called Service Street on Main St, Frisco TX to schedule my oil change, I asked Steve on the phone on how much they would charge to diagnose the problem, he suggested they can do a complimentary visual inspection first when I bring it in. Sure enough, Deanna at the front desk was able to notice the sound when we went for test drive even though it was faint and only happened once. She was also able to get the technician Byron to quickly diagnose that its actually from the spare tire carrier being lose. They would even take care of the problem without a charge. I don't generally leave a review, but felt the service I received today certainly deserves a 5* rating as it could easily have turned into expensive trial and error fixes had it not been for their expertise, efficiency and ethics! Thank you Deanna and Byron.

Excellent Friendly customer service. I have used this service facility a few times now and they have always been on time, friendly, professional, courteous and respectful. Really appreciate having a place like this close to Home.

All loaded up, ready to move across states when my car wouldn't start for the 1st time ever. Service Street was able to get a tow in 20 minutes and did some big repairs before the business day was over. Nicole kept me informed along the way and was very helpful in the decision-making process. Now "Little Big Red" is purring like a kitten and ready for the move.
