I unexpectadly had smoke come out of my car and i had just parked at king soopers and noticed smoked and a disgusting smell. I didn't know what to do and looked across and saw ther service center and asked for help. Immediately they sent over Amaya to check on my car and being at the King Soopers, they asked me to drive to the shop. Immediately Joshua helped and gave me an estimate about price. He got me checked in and gave me the price and even offered payment options. I was able to leave my car and my car got worked on and i was able to pay. Joshua was extremely helpful. I wouldn't have had a better experience.

I have to give a shout out to all the techs and managers at Castle Pines Service Street as they are always accommodating, but especially Josh who has gone out of his way to help!

Thomas and the team over at Service street got my second hand vehicle up and running again! It was a fairly major job, full clutch replacement, so it definitely wasn't free.. and yes there were some upsells on seals that are much easier to reach with the transmission removal, but all of the work was top notch. They took their time and treated me like a person. They even worked with me on the price. I'm very grateful for all the work they put in on my car!

Like that the mechanic explained all the services done on vehicle to both me and my granddaughter. Really liked the carfax, now i don't have to remember all the services.

Service Street Auto Repair will keep you informed of anything wrong with your vehicle. They will even let you know the seriousness of repair (whether you can go a little longer before repair hits the roof).

I had been noticing a bird chirp like sound coming from the rear when my Nissan Pathfinder is turning a corner sometimes, and was getting worried as searching the internet pointed in possibilities around various suspension parts, power steering pump and so on that could cost considerably. When I called Service Street on Main St, Frisco TX to schedule my oil change, I asked Steve on the phone on how much they would charge to diagnose the problem, he suggested they can do a complimentary visual inspection first when I bring it in. Sure enough, Deanna at the front desk was able to notice the sound when we went for test drive even though it was faint and only happened once. She was also able to get the technician Byron to quickly diagnose that its actually from the spare tire carrier being lose. They would even take care of the problem without a charge. I don't generally leave a review, but felt the service I received today certainly deserves a 5* rating as it could easily have turned into expensive trial and error fixes had it not been for their expertise, efficiency and ethics! Thank you Deanna and Byron.

Excellent Friendly customer service. I have used this service facility a few times now and they have always been on time, friendly, professional, courteous and respectful. Really appreciate having a place like this close to Home.
