Thank you to the Service Street team for fixing an emergency oil leak for us after another place turned us away twice. It saved our vacation we needed the vehicle for in a few days. The team is very knowledgeable and kind and explained steps needed to fix the issues thoroughly.

After a frustrating experience elsewhere, Service Street in Castle Rock provided exactly what we needed—fast, thorough, and professional service. Our Jeep Gladiator had a cracked oil reserve, a serious issue that required immediate attention. Unlike the previous shop that wasted our time and sent us away twice, Service Street got us in the same day, performed a comprehensive inspection, and had the truck fully repaired and back on the road in under six hours. What stood out was their expertise and transparency. The team not only walked us through the repairs but also mentioned that, despite only being open for a year, they’ve already seen over 30 Jeep Gladiators come in with the exact same issue. Given how common this problem appears to be, it raises serious questions about whether Jeep should be addressing this as a recall issue. Beyond the immediate fix, Service Street stands behind their work with a 3-year, 30,000-mile warranty, giving us long-term peace of mind. While we didn’t expect to switch service providers, the lack of professionalism at our previous shop forced our hand—and we’re glad it did. For anyone with a Jeep Gladiator—or any vehicle—looking for reliable, knowledgeable service, we highly recommend Service Street. They’ve earned our trust, and they’ll be our go-to from now on. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SERVICE PLACE. THEY DO IT ALL! At an amazing price! Know the workers by name. Very friendly service. The environment of the store is clean and smells good with beautiful flooring. It’s actually peaceful to stay in store and wait for my car to get done!! Never leaving this store!!

UPDATED POST: As I mentioned in my review below, I had an issue last week. Since that time, Deana with Service Street reached out via email, text, and phone to make it right. They admitted to the mistake and were very apologetic for the service issue. They graciously offered to complete the repair free of charge and had me in and out of there within an hour as promised. I give credit for any business that admits to being human and making a mistake and is willing to make it right. This is rare theae days, and because of that I have changed my rating from 1 star to a 5 STAR REVIEW! I will be back for future car service if this is the way they treat their customers. Hope this review helps future customers decide on where they want to take their car for work. ORIGINAL POST: I took my vehicle in to a tire repair and rotation. I was told it would take approximately one hour. After waiting for over an hour and 15 minutes, my vehicle had not even made it into the bay to begin work. Very disappointed.

Yous.....yous guys. Yall vibrate on a different frequency and I need you to know as a business, I'm thankful to have yall in my community. I came to yall with what I didn't realize was a whopper of a bs tire/rim problem. Not once did yall give up on us when you very easily could have. Thank you for educating us every step of the way, for guiding us through the stress, and joking with us through the whole thing. You have earned our trust and our business from now on.
