Absolutely amazing service. I called confused/worried about my oil change light coming on when i start my car but going away. I was told to stop by so they could check it out. Not more than 20 minutes they got my car lifted and discovered a leak. Overall 2 min call. 6 min drive. 20 min wait. Couldn't ask for anyone better to explain and advise me. Definitely coming back for my car maintenance. Thank you!

Excellent Oil Change! I had a great experience getting an oil change here. The staff was friendly, fast, and professional. They finished the job quickly, checked my fluids and tire pressure, and explained everything clearly. The price was fair, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. I had a great experience at Service Street Tire and Auto Repair in Quincy. The manager, Chris, was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. The repair was done quickly without sacrificing quality, and their customer service was top-notch. The technician who worked on my vehicle was clearly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. I’ll definitely be returning for any future auto needs. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with the staff at service street! They took time to talk it out with me yesterday over the phone. Today I got there and they pulled me right into a bay. Sam Taylor took time to understand what the issue was and went right to work. I was in and out in less than hour! Thank you for restoring faith in having a good local shop!

This place has the best customer service, Mr. Travis and Mr. Mike were very nice and helpful in every question I had. I drove 1hr 20 minutes (since they closed the location that was 15 min away from home) to get my oil change and it was more than worth the drive because Mr. Travis was very patient at my situation,very nice and polite. He made me feel very comfortable in coming back again and I will since I felt I was in good hands. I bought again my oil change pack to come back for my oil change and visit the beautiful place the city has! My truck was in very good service in this place, now I can travel for my vacations safe on the road. Thanks Mr. Travis!

Both my son and myself have had to take our vehicles to the Castle Pines Service Street recently, and I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for the excellent and reasonably priced service we were provided. My son's vehicle had some particularly vexing electrical issues and JOSH was like a dog with a bone digging into the problems to figure them out. I had seen both good and bad reviews. Idecided to try Service Street for an oil change on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. My experience was very good. Waiting room, front office and service bays were neat and clean. Albert was pleasant and professional.I mentioned I was going to need tires in near future. Albert provided me with a few options and what price would be out the door. I found the price of there tires very competitive. I was impressed on my first visit and will be going back for tires and service.

This is the MOST HONEST service shop I’ve ever been to. All of the staff is very helpful and will be very straightforward with all information provided. I highly recommend this Service Street location!

I have a muscle car that's my pride and joy, having worked in automotive places that did the bare minimum I'm anxious about new mechanics, but these are car guys and they see how much you love your ride and they will take care of you like it's their project car you're driving.

Efficient, kind, honest. I’d give 10 stars if I could!! Could not recommend Service Street enough. Incredibly friendly staff who are knowledgeable, caring, and they offer fair pricing. Their waiting room is clean and nice with comfy chairs. I was able to get work done on my laptop while I waited. The manager worked with me on getting a new part ordered, AND delivered a whole day early, ahead of when I needed to hit to road for a work trip. He understood my personal needs and went above and beyond. I could not be more appreciative! 🙏🙏🙏

I brought my BMW in for an oil leak issue and had amazing customer service from Thomas Carey the service manager here. It’s gives you peace of mind to know you’re dealing with an honest person who really cares to get you back on the road safely. I will be back for any future issues!
