Efficient, kind, honest. I’d give 10 stars if I could!! Could not recommend Service Street enough. Incredibly friendly staff who are knowledgeable, caring, and they offer fair pricing. Their waiting room is clean and nice with comfy chairs. I was able to get work done on my laptop while I waited. The manager worked with me on getting a new part ordered, AND delivered a whole day early, ahead of when I needed to hit to road for a work trip. He understood my personal needs and went above and beyond. I could not be more appreciative! 🙏🙏🙏

I brought my BMW in for an oil leak issue and had amazing customer service from Thomas Carey the service manager here. It’s gives you peace of mind to know you’re dealing with an honest person who really cares to get you back on the road safely. I will be back for any future issues!

Great experience! If you want friendly, prompt service and don't want to pay crazy dealership maintenance/service fees and parts costs, this is your place to go. Huge respect for them telling me what needs to be serviced on my car but they were also quick to tell me what DOESN'T need to be done yet, instead of trying to sell me on service I don't need, something that frequently happens in this industry. Also were able to get me in that same day or an option for the day after instead of having to make a "reservation" weeks in advance. How great is that?!

Just wanted to let everyone know in the Castle Pines CO area that we finally have automotive services provider near us that we can trust and are not always trying to sell you unnecessary repairs. I have had several of my cars recently serviced there and the whole team have all been, polite, knowledgeable, professional and fair. I encourage you to give them a visit next time you need any automotive services.

I had such a great experience at Service Street thanks to Albert! I originally came in for an oil change on my daughter’s car, and during the inspection, they found that she needed new tires and brakes. Albert was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out was that there was absolutely no pressure — he explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and gave honest recommendations without trying to upsell or rush me into anything. It’s so refreshing to find someone in the auto service world who truly puts the customer’s needs first. Albert made what could have been a stressful situation so easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Service Street, and especially Albert, to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service. We’ll definitely be back!

A month ago I had an issue with my radiator. I took it to my previous mechanic who was too busy to even look at my truck, but the folks at Service Street, and the service manager Frank, not only looked at my truck on a Friday afternoon, they had it fixed that evening so I could still get to my move. Great service!

I would like to convey my thanks to the staff being incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the service options

I’ve come to this shop a few times now and each time they provide excellent customer service and are always more than willing to help. Best thing is that I don’t get “backyard shop” vibes where they create issues just to fix them. This shop is trustworthy and is always the first place that comes to mind when I have an issue. The folks here have taken patient care of my 90+ year old parents without taking advantage and I've watched in the waiting area as they didn't take advantage of female customers. Nice honest business.

Had a great experience with service on our Subaru Ascent, as every single indicator light/warning light was turned on and would not reset. Easy to make an online appointment outside of business hours. Great upfront communication and check-in procedure. Friendly staff and technicians. Our work was completed within 24 hours and the price was reasonable.
