Sal helped fixed my tires and was very nice! First time here and I enjoyed my experience :D will definitely use this place whenever I need help with my car :)

I have had my 2019 BMW serviced at this location twice. Both times earn them 5 stars. On my most recent visit one item I wanted to check was the status of my rear brakes, I thought they might be due. They checked them and gave me a thickness reading on the inner and outer brake pad thickness, pads not needed yet. I also had them do a radiator coolant flush which was past due. They recommended a pressure check since my coolant reservoir was low, good recommendation with summer coming on. Mason, the service advisor was friendly and professional as was Sam the manger who I spoke with briefly. I heartily recommend this location.

These guys are absolute savers. Ian white is very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about, extremely professional. I found this shop recently I own 3 Volvos, always use my Volvo technician for any service. I came here for tire service. End up getting other chassis issue fixed. Sal identified the issue and explained very well. This is the first time I let non-Volvo technician working on my cars. Great place, great service, very professional, Sal is very honest and knowledgeable guy. If you need a reputable and reliable shop, this is the one.

Even though it is further from my home, I go to Service Street in Snellville. Outstanding customer service! And, quality, prompt work! They communicate by phone and text. Never do we need to call them! I can’t say enough good things about this place!

I had an absolutely delightful experience with Service Street Tire and Auto in Georgetown. I needed an inspection for my vehicle. In the past, garages take an hour before getting in, no appointments, so a hassle. This garage is clean and professional. Had my vehicle in and inspected in 20 minutes max. I will never go anywhere else…..and a cup of good coffee to boot.

The gentleman I worked with at Service Street was very professional and answered all my questions. I wasn't talked down to nor oversold on services I didn't need. They did a full vehicle check with a break job, alignment, and oil change. But they told me my plugs, air filter, and transmission all looked great. Only changed the fluids I needed and let me know how much longer I probably have on the rest. It was a great experience. The cost was also very fair and they got my car in and out in under 4 hours.

I brought my car in as a walk in for a tire repair and they were very friendly and helpful getting it in same day with no problem. When I came to pick it up, they had also checked the coolant and brake fluid levels and offered to do a flush of each of those since they also noticed I was recently past the 50,000 mile mark. When I declined as I had recently done that elsewhere they weren't pushy at all (although I'll definitely bring it here for the next service milestone). They also noticed I had a K&N airfilter installed and informed me that they stock the equipment to clean it when the time comes. I didn't need that today, either, but the extreme attention to detail on what was just a simple tire repair was truly above and beyond. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
