I brought my niece’s car in because I thought there was an issue that needed to be addressed. Kevin immediately brought the car to the back and performed some checks. He informed me there was a small issue with a component, but it did not need to be replaced, it still had some life left in it. Kevin was very honest and went above and beyond my expectations. He didn’t even charge me for the service. The whole process was about 15 minutes. Exceptional customer service! I will be back!

Amazing service! The bottom of my car was dragging on the ground -- brought my car in and it was fixed before I even finished my lunch next door. And best of all, they didn't even charge me for it! Hard to get this level of service and integrity in 2025. Can't recommend this place enough (:

I went in for a nail in my tire and it was only a 5 minute wait and Cesar got it done so quickly and he got us in and out in less than 30 minutes definitely would go back again fantastic service!

Top notch neighborhood mechanic. I walked in 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday and asked for a last minute service for a weekend road trip. Not only did they perform the service at a reasonable rate but were happy to. I guess I’ve found my go to shop. These guys are great.

I received the best service I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop! I brought my car to Service Street Auto Repair in Cypress due to a slow tire leak. They quickly identified the issue—a nail in the tire—and had it repaired in less than 20 minutes. Fast, efficient, and professional service!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I have to for this location! Everyone that works here is both kind and knowledgeable- which is very hard to find! Both times I have been here service has been amazing and quick! Awesome place with an awesome team. (and with prices that don’t break the bank!) Thank you guys.

Been going to this shop for a couple months now and each time I'm blown away by how easy, communicative, understanding, and trustworthy their service is. Every time they explain an issue to me it checks out, 0 BS whatsoever, no upselling on small things. These are the only people I'd trust with my car. Props to Sal too for always helping me & being clear with pointing stuff out. Someone give him a raise!!

I drove here after leaving the grocery store and noticed a big screw in my tire. It was already after noon and never thought I would be accommodated so quickly. Gabe assured me that because of the placement in the tire the screw could be removed and patched in less than an hour. I didn't have to wait to be "put in rotation", leave my car and wait a minimum of 4 hours like I was told at another tire store. My car was taken back and an hour later it was done. I was not charged for this service and was given great customer service.

We had a flat on one of our trailers while hauling a very heavy lift through some rough Houston weather. The team at Service Street Tire and Auto Repair jumped into action and got our driver back on the road quickly and safely. Fast, reliable, and professional service. Thank you!

I have had my 2019 BMW serviced at this location twice. Both times earn them 5 stars. On my most recent visit one item I wanted to check was the status of my rear brakes, I thought they might be due. They checked them and gave me a thickness reading on the inner and outer brake pad thickness, pads not needed yet. I also had them do a radiator coolant flush which was past due. They recommended a pressure check since my coolant reservoir was low, good recommendation with summer coming on. Mason, the service advisor was friendly and professional as was Sam the manger who I spoke with briefly. I heartily recommend this location.
