Eddie and Del are the best! Came here for an oil change and ended up needing new brake pads & rotors and a tire. These fine gentlemen not only gave me great customer service but offered professional insight to the services I needed. Prices are competitive (I called around to confirm) but they still worked with me on the final cost with store coupons to keep me from going back to dealerships like I always do. They even offer 6 month finance 0% interest! The service is incredible and I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Castle Rock area. Keep up the great work guys.

I had an excellent experience here. They replaced my ignition coils efficiently and professionally. The staff was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to schedule my appointment and complete the work. The quality of service and customer care exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone in need of reliable automotive service 10/10

Got me in and out quick!

I thought I had a tire issue so I went to discount tire across the lot, spent 45 minutes there for them to do a rebalance only for it to not help my issue at all. Came to service street and immediately the awesome team there new something was wrong because of the loud noises my car was making reversing into the parking spot. Turns out a different mechanic shop across town that replaced my brakes didn't tighten the bolts properly, long story short not only did service street explain the issue and the managers of it to me effectively, they even tightened everything up for FREE! 10/10 customer service, even offering complimentary rides to and from the shop/ my house. Have already told several people about the phenomenal job you guys did and will definitely go there again next time ANYTHING is wrong. P.S I believe the receptionist was named Karla she was fantastic!

Frank was very helpful and honest, and I really appreciated how friendly he was and how well he explained things to me. He gave me great advice on what I should do, and even called me a Lyft home. I'll definitely be back (but hopefully not soon 😅)

Had some noises coming from the car and we were burnt out on working on it ourselves. Called around and was quoted upwards of $50 from multiple places just to get an inspection - service street offered a front to back inspection at no charge with no obligations. I forget the names of the 2 guys that were there because I am awful with names but they did introduce their selves and were polite and friendly! They listened to me mimic the sound my car was making with straight faces even. 😂 Within no time we were given a detailed estimate, and the car was fixed that very same day. No pushiness, no surprises, and I never felt like they were dishonest about anything to do with the car. 100% recommend this place.

Took my car in for an alignment Saturday afternoon with no appointment. They got me in right away and quickly finished the alignment and oil change before close of business. They provided free shuttle service to and from my home and Jodie at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me with some requests I made and questions I had. All in all, I am very happy with the service I received.

Everything about this place is top tier. From repairs to customer service. They’re dedicated to their job and take great pride in what they do. Allie, she goes above and beyond, she’s a great asset to the company, they’re lucky to have such an incredible human being.

Awesome establishment! Very clean store with friendly staff. They took great care of our Toyota Corolla and even helped us with a couple old tires off of a dolly that wouldn’t hold any air. We’ll definitely take all of our vehicles here from now on.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Ashton quickly diagnosed that there was a nail in my tire and fixed it. The manager didn't charge me for it. Some shops will fix a tire with a nail in it, if you bought the tires from them. But I didn't get my tires there. Thanks for the quick and friendly service! Will be back for tires and other services in the future.

Kyle and Thomas are super professional. One of the cleanest if not, the cleanest auto repair service shop. I was able to get an alignment with no wait. Went over recommendations with upfront pricing which I really appreciate. The waiting room has a nice set up and relaxing my kids enjoy the experience, which is really hard to say from an auto repair service shop. I would highly recommend service street specialist for anybody that needs an auto repair. Specially if you live in the area of Mableton, you should give them a try. You won’t regret it. After moving to Colorado I was referred to Service Street for maintenance on my Alfa Romeo and after a few visits for repairs, tires, and routine maintenance I won’t be taking my car anywhere else.
