Hands down, Jacob and the manager, Dale, were exceptional—very professional and attentive. I enjoyed every minute of the service and felt completely taken care of, especially after being stranded in Lox Spur, Colorado. The damage to my car looked so severe that I thought it was beyond repair, but they walked me through everything with honesty and care. Their professionalism and understanding of my situation meant so much to me. I truly appreciate Jacob, Dale, and the entire team for going above and beyond. Thank you for your outstanding service!

My car was making a humming sound brought it in to service street auto. I am so happy with the work and the time, fast and friendly people. AJ was very nice guy, also very polite, they showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. Didn't try to get me for everything I have. I would recommend this place 💯 to everyone

I don’t remember the service representative who assisted me, but I do know that there were two of them one I thought had the name of like a rifle or something like that. However, both were courteous, kind, cheerful thorough and they actually listened which is very unusual nowadays.

I had such a great experience at Service Street! The atmosphere was welcoming and the place had such a positive vibe. A big shout-out to Skyler and Frank — they were incredibly nice and kind the whole time. They made sure everything went smoothly, answered all my questions, and treated me with so much patience and respect. Their friendliness really stood out and made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend Survive Street to anyone looking for a great time with amazing staff!

100000% Recommend this place they're the best. I have a 2017 dodge journey that's had so many problems. I originally came in because my coolant tank was leaking like crazy. Told them to diagnose anything else that was wrong with it since i don't know jack about cars. I have gone to so many other mechanics and they were the first ones who actually knew how to work on my car! They explained everything about what maintenance they did and why they did it. For the amount of service that they did plus labor, the price at the end was amazing compared to what big companies would've quoted me. These are the first mechanics that have ever actually solved the problem with my car. It sounds amazing driving now and I'm extremely grateful for their kindness and knowledge! Another thing too is their communication was great. As they were working on my car they consistently called me to let me know as they found out what other problems my car was having on top of confirming with me wether it was okay or not to do the extra work. These guys don't hide their prices or try and screw you over they're 100% upfront about everything. I had originally called another nearby shop and they didn't service dodges and they recommended me over here. I looked at the reviews on yelp and was a little worried but i gave it a shot and man am i happy i did! Best recommendation I've ever received. Will be here for all future check ups & maintenance!

Highly recommend Service St! Phoenix in particular was excellent and highly knowledgeable, and Theodor too. I had spent hours taking my car to two mechanics and 2 auto body stores to try to diagnose and then switch out a battery on my 20 year old car. They were professional and I appreciate their help very much! I’d bring my car back.

I picked Service Street because they treated my wife and sister well when they brought their cars in for work and I was not disappointed! I had my battery replaced and it took a total of about twenty minutes! Very impressed with their service and friendliness. You’ve earned a new customer! Justin did a great job on the battery exchange and Cole was great to work with as well!

I came in for a flat tire. Skyler found a hole in the tire and patched in for me free of charge. Very grateful for these guys getting me out of a jam and making it such a smooth easy process.
