SERVICE STREET AUTO REPAIR

I visited this establishment this morning for my vehicle inspection and was out within 20 minutes! Kyle Higgins, the associate who assisted me, was very professional and courteous!! I highly recommend checking this place out.

I made an appointment for a state inspection. I was able to get right in, the guys in the front greeted with a smile. My inspection was fast and check out was even faster! I highly recommend this place. I will definitely use this place again!

I took my car in for a state inspection because my daughter recommended I go there. The staff was courteous and work was completed in a timely manner.As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I was really happy when these gentleman didn’t suggest I get a lot of unnecessary repairs. This has happened to me many times in the past at other repair shops. I would like to thank Chris, Kai and the nice guy with the beard( I’m sorry I can’t remember your name). Because of your HONESTY, TRUSTWORTHINESS and PERSONALITIES I will definitely be back. You gentlemen are AWESOME.

Came in for inspection during a busy time. The team did their best to get me in and out in the time estimate given. Great service!

DISAPPOINTED!! “ I came here because I was told they provide great service and do NOT take you for a ride $$$$……… “ my wife’s car is a 2017 Durango and great condition…….. NEVER had issues……….. and we usually take her car to the dealership for oil changes, and inspections…….. anyhow today service street TRIED to take us for a ride…….. ( we have ALL the proof we needed with paperwork to back up our claim ). I’m writing a review here and EVERYWHERE I can after this fiasco. I don’t know why they’d take us for a ride when we were there as good patrons. They said breaks needed replacing, belt needed replacing ( it was frade ) and I said NOPE!! we are taking your car back to the dealership cause we JUST had it serviced ( oil change ) at 1,000 miles ago and they DO inspect it EVERYTIME. So we went back to the dealership for inspection and turns out it passed with FLYING COLORS! ( this is the reason why people NO LONGER TRUST SHOPS!! ) we may just be another client to them at the moment and MAYBE they don’t do everyone wrong like this but I will NOT be taken for a ride. “” I have paperwork to back up our claim”” I may take this to the news agency if they need a story or 750am radio Micheal Berry. This TOTALLY DISGUSTS ME!! ( VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! )

I have been using this location for some time and it is now under new management. Rodrick was helpful and friendly. The service was done quickly and well. I will continue to use this location
