Great service and staff, highly recommend

I felt it was important to update my last review- absolutely outstanding service again! The new manager was top notch- even met me outside with my keys and paperwork when I went to pick it up. Highly recommend still! It was very quick to get an appointment made. When I noticed that they had forgotten to do my tire rotation (which given the holiday season and short staffing was totally understandable, mistakes happen) they immediately rectified it. They were incredibly polite and professional.

I cannot say enough great things about this shop. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely top-notch. I dealt personally with the owner as well as the service advisor, and both of them went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally, honestly, and efficiently. It’s rare these days to find an automotive company that genuinely cares about their customers, but you can absolutely tell they take pride in their work and reputation. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, pricing was fair, and they made me feel valued instead of just another customer walking through the door. The level of customer service, attention to detail, and overall professionalism exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was taken care of perfectly, and the entire process was stress-free. Great experience from start to punish they got my car right away and had it fixed faster than I expected. Super friendly staff on pricing and no runaround. It’s hard to find a shop you can actually trust but it’s definitely one of them.

I was very pleased with Eddie, their GM, as I asked if he immediately could get me in to replace my wiper blades and they did!
