I recently went through a horrible time with my vehicle while traveling. I went to 3 shops that kept telling me it was un repairable! I was almost in tears when I showed up and the gentleman helping me, Adam I think it was, was so kind and he took the time to listen to me and to explain what was happening. And then they fixed it. I was back on the road and still made it to my destination on time.

I left the dome lite in my car on all night which drowned the battery. Service street got my car to the shop and charged up the battery The cost was very reasonable , did not required to wait long. A great team

Love Love This Location And All Staff, They Are Great All Around, They Do More Than A Great Job At Fixing Vehicles But The Way They Treat Their Customers Is Unmatched. Very Accommodating, Very Reasonable, Very Trustworthy, No Excuses If They Mess Something Up They Fix It. I Would Highly Recommend, I Use Them For All My Car Issues.

We went to this location today for a flat tire and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, very helpful and service was very quick. 10/10 recommend.

While driving I heard a tapping noise and immediately knew I had a screw in my tire. If was almost 4:00pm on Saturday. Was worried I had no where to go. I went to SST&R and they took care of me right away. The staff was friendly and professional. Thank you so much for keeping me on the road ! Especially so late in the afternoon

All I can say is “Wow!”. I driven past here many times since they opened and always kind of thought of it as a Jiffy Lube(turns out they are full service). I noticed some odd tire wear on my truck and did a walk in on a Saturday. They got me in immediately and diagnosed the issue quickly. They also found another couple of things to keep an eye on. They are very personable and my favorite part is that they show you what they find. I’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I were heading home to Colorado Springs from Denver and not too far down I-25 we started having engine issues and had to pull over. We figured it was maybe just a lack of oil so we found a King Sooper's nearby and bought some oil but when that didn't help we started looking for a service center and as luck would have it we were already in the same parking lot as Service Street! We drove over and called their number (it was 7pm on a Friday so they weren't open) and talked to a very friendly and helpful representative. We were able to leave the car there and found a ride back to the Springs. The next day, the service tech called us and said there was definitely something wrong and recommended we contact our dealership to see if there was possibly a recall or warranty coverage for the car and they were right! Unfortunately the manufacturer said the warranty service HAD to be performed by a dealership, despite Service Street offering to call our dealership and work it out so they could take care of it and save us an expensive tow service. Throughout our short experience with Service Street, they were friendly, polite, and very informative. If the manufacturer would have okay'd it, we absolutely would have been happy to let Service Street take care of the warranty repair. Despite doing a diagnostic and calling us multiple times to keep us up to date and make sure we understood what was going on, Service Street still didn't charge us anything (even when we offered to compensate them). If you're in the Castle Pines area and are looking for good, honest service for your car I recommend Service Street!

They quickly answered the phone when I needed service. The person that answered the phone was very knowledgeable. They had an opening and said I could bring it in now. They called quickly to let me know what needed to be done. They quickly made the repair and I was able to pick up the same day. Very trustworthy!

Brenda and the team were absolutely amazing! 2nd time coming here and I appreciate the treatment and respect from the whole team. I got timely updates on both visits and I felt like a priority every time I see them. I can't express my gratitude enough for their speedy and quality work. I know some people might not agree when I say that Service Street gives the best quality service but it's okay for them to be wrong 😁 Thank you all for what you do.
