They always take care of me and my cars this is my shop for big things to be done to my car. I use to go to dealership only and I took my wife's car here and they did a great job with her car. So I take my car in and they did a great job with it as well.

Derick, Frank, Kelly Amazing. They were able to get me in same day it took me waiting a few hours but I was perfectly fine with that because I am the one that messed up on my car, they weren’t rude, they were very professional and I will use them again

Great service, really nice

The staff here is really friendly. The service is fast but it did start picking up a bit after I came in. They do have coffee, tea, water, and vending machines while you wait. I did go to the cedar bluff location and didn't realize until now this location was closer snd what seems to be less busy or maybe I just caught them on a good day here. I will continue to come to this location for my vehicle needs but all of the Service Streets are great!

Today I went to the gym, and when I came out, I found that my tire was punctured. I managed to drive slowly to Service Street Tire & Auto Repair to get it fixed. The person who helped me was extremely kind and helpful. He immediately said, “It’s okay, we’ll repair it,” and took care of everything with such a friendly attitude. I honestly couldn’t believe how kind he was — it’s rare to meet such genuine and caring people these days. Thank you so much for your excellent service!

Dropped off my 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 for oil change and tire rotation . I had already replaced my cabin filter and air filter ! I double checked my oil level when I got home, and it was on the money !
