Service Street Tire & Auto Repair

I recently went to Service Street Auto Repair in Parker on Hess Rd. for an electrical problem and I'm glad I did for these reasons: 1) They're open on Sat -- many shops are not. 2) They could take me on the same day I called. 3) When they determined that my battery was dead they called me and gave me the option to purchase a battery from somewhere else, e.g., auto parts store, for a much cheaper price. 4) I brought in a new battery purchased elsewhere and they installed it at no charge. 5) They then checked the rest electrical system and sent me on my way. Great service. Thank you Service Street.

Just wanted to thank Tyler for his professionalism. They replaced the master brake cylinder and brake booster on my Ford Edge. After picking the car up the brake pedal felt soft and was a little difficult to stop. When brought the car to have them check it again “Todd “ the General Manager acted discussed that I was back. Tyler who listened to my concern, found that the brake system had some air in the brake lines and he took care of the problem. Good thing Tyler’s the pro he is because if it was just Todd, I would never go back.

I've going to Service street repair for about two years now, they've done major work on my vehicle and when i tell you no matter how big the job was my car was always ready the same day or the next morning. Hats off to them thank you for your professional and prompt work! I prefer everyone to them.

Angela made me an appointment for the very day I called. The brakes on my old 4-Runner had started to sound awful but they also found a dangerous situation with my Power Steering. They asked if we could come see it, before they started any work. The price was fair & it’s so great to have someone in Halls we can trust. My car was ready the next morning & I’m thrilled with how much better it drives !!

I stopped by Service Street last minute to replace a break light. I was hoping to be in and out, and I was in less than 10 minutes! Unheard of! Kyle was super helpful. I know it was a minor service but it was the best auto service experience I have ever had. Kyle and the manager were so nice. I will definitely be coming back here! Thanks, Kyle!

Cudos to these guys!! My plastic undercarriage came loose from all the snow. Drove it over these great guys and they fixed it lickity split! In and out 20 min. Yes, these guys!! Will be doing future business going forward!!

We stopped in to replace a brake light. Cole came to the car, removed the bulb and replaced with a new one at no charge! I call that customer service. Thank you Cole!

Kyle was super helpful, super thoughtful in helping me as a walk-in customer. He really got me out of jam.

I had a flat tire and they plugged the leak within minutes. The guys at the front desk are professional and pleasant to work with. BTW, they didn't charge me.
