SERVICE STREET AUTO REPAIR

This was my second visit to the shop, clean shop, at least 4 bays, helpful guys. I went in for inspection sticker and was out in 15 minutes. My first time was for oil change and like how they got me in and out quick.

I chose this shop for the first time because it was close to home and I'm glad I did. My Buick had a misfire and they had it running perfect again in just a couple hours. Put my stress at ease and they went above and beyond to get the best price they could for my repair. Saved me a couple hundred dollars. Love this shop. Also gave me a heads up on something else. I will continue to bring my Buick (265k) here and I'm confident they will help my car reach many more miles. Thanks!!!

The window on my truck would not go back up on Wednesday. I brought it in and they were able to get the window back up right before the rainstorm. The technician was quick and efficient. He explained that it was not the motor of the window but instead it was the switch. They saved the day right before all the rain.

Came in for a State Inspection. Marco, the tech, came out and got started right away. He was friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. As the car is getting old (13 yrs and 125,000 miles) Marco pointed out a couple things that I should pay attention too that may possibly need service/replacement later on. He is correct on these as I have pretty good experience with car maintenance issues (fixed some myself). Marco was Great! This work was done last Tuesday March 28. Terrance, the assistant shop manager, too was friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. He is a great shop manager and showed good people skills.

I go to them for all of my vehicle needs. They are quick, they do a thorough job and give great advice on future service to ensure that my vehicle is running for a long time in the future. Today my representative, Terrance Hicks, was very quick and kind. I experienced the quickest service ever. I’d recommend this establishment to anyone with a vehicle.
