Expedited and friendly service

The guys at your Dallas hwy store are super nice! I called in the afternoon on Saturday and asked about changing out my van’s brakes- they said it could be done the same day! Communication was excellent, I received a call as soon as it was done. I’ll continue to use them for all our car needs.

Expedited and friendly service

I've taken all my vehicles to Service Street for years. Same with most of my family. They have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to ensure that whatever the problem is, it's addressed during that visit, and, most importantly for me, they explain everything and itemize the final cost before they do anything. They have never 'fixed' a problem that I've had to have addressed again. They are honest, up front, and capable. I tell this to everyone I can.

GPS took me an hour in the wrong direction (I had an appointment in Maryville), but they got me in quickly and I had no issues. It was nice to have a kids corner and a hot chocolate option for him. Thank you!

They are always fast and upfront about cost of repairs and labor so there is no surprise at the end when it comes time to pay. If they are unable to fix the problem, as in this case, they are honest and did not charge us to look at the issue. They always surpass our customer service expectations. They talk to my wife respectfully and don’t undermine her as a female with limited knowledge of car repair/explain things well. Their cost and labor prices are competitive to the completion. Highly recommend!

It was good

Fast, professional and reasonable

Somehow my GPS took me to this place instead of the place in Maryville where I had an appointment for an alignment. They were kind and courteous and got me in right away. They had coffee and hot chocolate which was nice for me and my son. They even had a kids corner with coloring books. I would definitely recommend this place!

Matt was super friendly and it was a short wait time. They offer complimentary shuttle service so great for when I'm working from home. Will be using for other services in the future.
