When I called to schedule my appointment the woman who I spoke with was very friendly. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted in a cheerful way and kept informed throughout the whole process of my oil change. The entire experience at Service Street was exceptional and I'll be back in the future for sure!

Called because I realized my tire was missing a lug nut. Let me come to the shop immediately, no appointment needed, and popped one on in the parking spot. Only charged me for the part. As a young woman, it can be daunting going to the mechanic, even for a simple, small job. But their efforts to get me in quick, with no hassle just kindness, means a lot. The guys were really nice and I appreciate it.

I had a slow leak in a tire that Kia had told me there was no leak and the sensor would not go off so they said it probably needed to be replaced. In 30 minutes Jeff and his mechanic found a small nail, repaired the tire and told me the sensor should not be bad at only 29,000 miles. As soon as I left the sensor light went off and all is good. This is a pretty new shop, but I will go back and recommend as I was treated very well!

Something was hanging from the bottom of my car and making a loud scraping noise, so I brought it in. The team was super nice, got me in right away, fixed the issue quickly, and didn’t even charge me. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both fast and honest.. I REALLY appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Chris, the manager, was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. Jim and Shannon were great too!! Both were super nice and did a solid job. The waiting area and restrooms were nice and clean. I’ve definitely found my go to shop!

This was my first visit to this location with a car I just purchased. I used one of my prepaid oil change services from a package I purchased (a great deal by the way - highly recommended) and in addition they replaced air filters for my engine and cabin. They found an acorn in my cabin air filter - that was NUTS! 🤣🥜 In addition they provided a Carfax report at no charge as well as installing the wiper blades and my new license plate I already had in the back seat also at no additional charge. These people take care of you like family with sincere honesty and professionalism. I'll definitely trust them in the future to take care of my vehicle's maintenace and repair needs. Great shop!

I needed a quick turnaround on my car, Acura MDX, as I was trading it in for a new car later that morning. I was hearing a noise in my front brakes. They quickly got my car in a bay and then test drove it. They discovered the front right caliper was loose and rubbing against the wheel. They informed me and showed me the situation and then did the repair! They were amazing and great to work with. Definitely earned my business and I will refer my friends to them.
