I had my oil changed yesterday. I’ve used Service Street for a long time and have always been given good service. The staff is cheerfully willing to answer my questions. I plan to return in a few months to have some of services that are necessary because of advanced mileage on my car.

I just want to take a moment to recognize Oscar for always providing spectacular customer service! No matter which tire shop he’s worked at, his professionalism, honesty, and positive attitude always stand out. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, makes sure you understand your options, and truly goes above and beyond to help. I’ve literally followed him to every tire shop he’s gone to because that’s how much I trust his work and dedication. It’s rare to find someone so consistent and genuinely caring about their customers. If Oscar is there, you’re in good hands every time!

This is the best auto shop you can go to! They are honest and dont try to upsell you. They keep it real and I appreciate that BIG TIME. I will ONLY go here now.

My car broke down nearby here. I went in to ask if they could help me and they told me that they were booked, but they were still able to come check my car. Find me a tow vehicle and find me a nearby place to help me the guy that help me was very nice very kind and Knowledgeable. He help me get on my way. He didn’t have to help me, but he did. I thought if this guy from this company is nice enough to help me then I would think they were good enough place to take my car to and they deserve higher reviews.

I arrived as the shop opened, and I was complete and back home in 25 minutes later. I didn't even get the chance to play any of my Words with Friends games because the service was that quick. And the lady at the counter who assisted me, she was the most genuine and caring person I have met in a while. I will definitely be back.

Outstanding service as always. We will not take our cars anywhere else. Good catch on the well worn belt and tensioner. It may be a bit more money, but you get what you pay for. If you want a quality job, go to a qualified service provider that stands behind their work.

My day was met with strife until I reached your business. You were able to get me in and out quickly and with hospitality. The lobby was comfortable, not that I had a lot of time in there!! I also dropped my wife’s debit card at the store, when I finally retraced my steps they had it right there on the counter waiting for me to find it!! Thank you for making my day twice!!

The staff was so friendly! It was like being taken care of by friends and not just strangers in a mechanic shop They really make you feel at home. The waiting room was clean and has a coffee bar and cold water bottles. We were in and out for our emissions test! Thank you again for being so nice to us! We’ll be back for sure!

This shop is awesome great prices and awesome service and fast and reliable. I just started going there and will go for every problem with my cars.

I have had work done on my Altima for annual inspection, air filter and in cabin filter changes, new tires with rim replacements and alignment and oil changes. Each time I was impressed with the entire team. The facility is clean, the counter staff kept me informed, and the service technicians did a thorough and timely job. While I was there, I observed several other customers come in. Customer service/experience is a high priority to the team at Service Street. I have been pleased with the service, value for my $, and quality of work performed. This is the only place for my car, good-bye dealer service.
