Very friendly and honest and trustworthy

Ok. I love service street! But this location ALWAYS goes above and beyond for me. This time, I hit a curb in some crazy hail and popped my front tire. They went above and beyond to make sure I got my warrantied tire replaced (from another place, mind you) and got me the best deal EVER! Not only that, this was a wild inconvenience and happened with little notice—they got me in immediately and fixed it all within hours. I am so happy to refer service street to everyone I know…also shout out to Alex and Jody! They both made me feel like we are old time friends, and really put my faith in kindness. Thank you again!

Thoroughly checked out my car, fixed my AC which was under their warranty, and got a bunch of things fixed same day. Even called to check on everything a day or two after. All good, thanks!

Always great service

Came in late and asked for emission inspections. They dropped what they were done and got us out in thirty minutes for two cars. This allowed us to get our new stickers before the end of the day. They did not need to jump like that, but they did, and we appreciate their effort. 4/19/25: a few days later, these guys stepped up when one of us had weird battery problems. Customer service here is superlative. I need to start investigating what all these people do. 9/20/2025: still remembered me after these months. Getting new tires.

Have been meaning to leave this review for quite some time now. Eddie, Jacob, Dell and the rest of the guys down there have always taken excellent care of us, even when it meant that they weren’t getting a sale that day. We have numerous high mileage, heavy use vehicles that get put through the paces, and we always feel very confident taking our vehicles in for maintenance and diagnosis. Have and will continue to recommend these guys!

Came in for an oil change and there was a small customer service hiccup at first. Brenna helped me with the intake of my car, and when I came back to pick it up, Josh, the manager, was there. He quickly made sure everything was corrected and I left completely satisfied. Great team—thank you Brenna and Josh!

Hands down the best experience I’ve had dealing with car repairs. Sal went above and beyond to get my breaks replaced and ready for our trip! Only place I’ll trust my with my Mini from here on out.

Quick and great price!!

I have been coming to this location for oil changes for years. They always take care of me! Today, my right blinker went out. I drove over and Steve not only replaced the blinker, but put new washer fluid in free of charge. He’s the new manager, and he is great!

best shop u could ask for honest and trustworthy. said i needed to replace my power steering pressure line as it was leaking. prior to this repair they installed a new rack and pinion for me. Upon discovery for the pressure line repair they figured out an O-ring was left out, which was causing the whole leak when they installed the rack and pinion. When I came to pick up the car, they said everything was under warranty. Over $400 saved because they were good honest mechanics just trying to keep my car alive. thank you thomas and Phoenix you guys are the best!!!!!
