Solved the tire problem with efficacy and honesty

That is the best car repair and assessment for cars! They are thorough, well connected for parts, have knowledgeable employees and rapid for completion of service. The management allows fair trade. Why go any place else?

Davis was a great help. He made sure I understood what i was getting. Made sure I knew how long it would take. He made me feel welcomed and comfortable leaving my car to get serviced here. If I could give 10 starts I would. Keep up the good work and customer service.

Came in with a list of things to check on and/or fix. The service techs did an excellent job getting to the root of the problems, rooting out the non-issues, communicating well, and getting the problems fixed the same day. Thanks, folks!

This team is very friendly, efficient, honest and very understanding of not only the needs of my car but also of my time and money. It is very difficult for a single woman to feel confident in car care decisions most days but I never feel like I am being taken advantage of with this team. So happy they are just down the street!

Best service for sure

Staff were helpful, friendly, and communicated with me in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to make sure that I understood what they tested and what is going on with my car. Since the issue my car has can only be solved by taking it to a dealership they didn't charge me for the diagnostic. I was already impressed with their service before that happened and was truly overwhelmed by the generosity. In a world where it seems that so many places are focused on up selling and profits it was refreshing to meet someone who actually cares about their customers. I'm definitely recommending Service Street Auto Repair to all my friends and if any of my own cars need service I'll be bringing them here as well. They definitely know how to build loyalty from their customers.
