I went in for a second opinion because I was quoted $2300 and some change to replace tie rods and drag links on my jeep. After they inspected, they concluded that nothing actually needed to be replaced and the other company is fully commission based so they were trying to get money from me. I appreciated their honesty and quick work, I will definitely be coming back here

I was greeted by name as the front desk man opened the door for me and my three children to walk in, which was so kind. I came in for an inspection and walked next-door to have breakfast and by the time I came back, my car was done! Great quality service

Exceptional service all around. Had an emergency situation happen and I am happy that we were close to this shop. Diagnosis was very quick, pricing was straight up, work was done in an amazing time. I have nothing bad to say about my experience here. I am from another state and have been looking for a new shop to have my vehicles serviced, I will be going back here for my needs.

I've had a few various things done to my Jeep and my Raptor, cheese guys are always respectful, knowledgeable and they have a nice waiting area and the pricing is absolutely fair. Their professionalism is second to none.

I recently had a pretty good size screw lodged in my left front tire. This being my work truck, it needed quick attention. I pulled in, gave them my keys and 15 min later the gentlemen tells me it's on us, no charge have a good. What a blessing!, thank you again for great service!

Fast and reasonable price

I have used Service Street in the past and just had the shop diagnose and replace a bad brake booster and bad caliper on my 2008 Toyota Rav4. Initially, I had cost and schedule delay issues and some communication challenges. However, after talking with Brock over the phone today, he made everything right and addressed all the issues I brought up. Brock was apologetic for the communication and diagnostic snafus, and I appreciate his professionalism in handling the problem and personally seeing it through to resolution. Brock and his team went the extra mile to deliver 100% customer satisfaction, and they have my business for life as I look forward to getting at least 100k more miles on my Toyota Rav4 and my wife's Toyota Corolla! Based on how Brock handled my issues today, I will recommend Service Street to my friends, family, and anyone else looking for a good car repair experience. The car repair team here is wonderful. Deanna has gone above and beyond each time my car was in need of service and repair. On my latest visit she and the mechanic assessed my car for free revealing I did not need the expensive repair I was told by another assessment. Truly a great team and exemplary service.

Everyone was so kind and incredibly helpful! My check engine light had come on due to an O2 sensor recording low voltage. Adam Toomey at the Marietta location suggested we check my battery first, to ensure I didn’t have to keep replacing sensors. Turns out, it WAS my battery. Thanks to their great service and the way they go above and beyond for their customers, I won’t feel unsafe in my car or wind up on stranded anytime soon. I can’t recommend Service Street and their team enough!
