I could not find 1 reason not to give 5 stars Jason , Sal and Chris make a good team . I had a engine replacement! Jason is excellent at his Job. Just nice talking to real mechanics. Fair prices no kidding.

I had a very good experience with my oil change. I have a 20 year old Mini Cooper and they ordered the special filter and had it ready when I came in for my appointment. A tire rotation was even included in the price. They also did a battery check and found it wasn't keeping a charge. It was under warranty so I was able to get it replaced free of charge from Auto Spec where I got it. Both Maria and Melissa who work up front were very nice and helpful. I would definitely go back to Service Street for any future work I need on my car.

Amazing customer service and help. Had a part broken at a tire shop and brakes plus was able to fix the vehicle on accelerated timeline and get the vehicle back in shape. Great service and help. Thank you

I brought my 2020 Ram 2500 here to get my gear box replaced, radiator and power steering flushed. They were extremely professional and worked very diligently to get everything done in a timely manner. They also kept me informed with updates and how the services were going. I highly recommend this service station, very reliable and respectful. Also very affordable, 10/10 stars

Dropped off the truck and picked it up a few hours later !! Oil changed and tires rotated !

They took the time to explain what my vehicle needed without any pressure, and the pricing was more than fair. The work was done quickly and done right the first time. Good work at a fair price.

Everyone needs an shop, and this is mine for 5 years. They have friendly staff, good pricing, and always happy to work through problems together. I had a big issue that a dealer wanted $9000 to work through and we were able to identify solutions that came out to about $4000. I am grateful for their work and would recommend this location to anyone.

The staff here is really friendly. The service is fast but it did start picking up a bit after I came in. They do have coffee, tea, water, and vending machines while you wait. I did go to the cedar bluff location and didn't realize until now this location was closer snd what seems to be less busy or maybe I just caught them on a good day here. I will continue to come to this location for my vehicle needs but all of the Service Streets are great!

I have been servicing here since 2015, Top class service and customer service, recently I was very upset but the new General Manager called me , try to find out what was wrong and what should be done better. I am so glad and continue with service street.

Chris Fasano is the best to work with. He is knowledgeable and takes his time to explain the necessary work that your automobile requires. He is very patient with those that do not understand how cars work and explains the risks if you do not consider the recommended services. Thanks Chris. Donna Wilson.
