I cannot say enough GREAT things about Service Street. I had an emergency with my car and a very bad experience with my dealership's service center and they truly went above and beyond to help me. Stephen was incredibly kind, understanding and transparent throughout the entire process. He communicated each step with me and tried to make it as budget friendly as possible while still fixing the problems and ensuring my vehicle was safe to drive. The service I received from service street tire and auto repair was excellent. Kyle made sure I got great customer service. I was able to replace all my brakes and oil change in a very timely manner. This place went above and beyond! Not only did they take care of the issue causing the check engine light but they also took it to get emissions which was my overall reason to get this work done! It was truly a surprise and they gained a customer for life. Christian was great and kept me informed every step of the way before proceeding. Highly recommend!

“I had such a great experience at this repair shop! I stopped in because my gas cap had failed a test and I had no clue what to do, and they took a look at it right away. Not only did they fix the issue in just a few minutes, but they were so polite and I didn’t feel judged. It’s so rare to find a place that’s honest, kind, and willing to help without trying to upsell you. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future work, highly recommend!

I have taken my car here for years, they always do a great job and have my vehicle done usually pretty fast, but this time my car wanted to to be difficult and the techs had to play find the problem, but with Christian and Derrick's help with some other input they got the issue resolved, and I just want to say thank you not only to them 2 but also to all the shop staff and I apologize if I was bugging them to much lol.
