Staff were helpful, friendly, and communicated with me in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to make sure that I understood what they tested and what is going on with my car. Since the issue my car has can only be solved by taking it to a dealership they didn't charge me for the diagnostic. I was already impressed with their service before that happened and was truly overwhelmed by the generosity. In a world where it seems that so many places are focused on up selling and profits it was refreshing to meet someone who actually cares about their customers. I'm definitely recommending Service Street Auto Repair to all my friends and if any of my own cars need service I'll be bringing them here as well. They definitely know how to build loyalty from their customers.

I'm so thankful that Steve took the time, when others didn't, to listen & look at my car when I still had problems after a body shop said it was repaired. Within minutes he noticed a large, key part missing(that even the dealer's service missed TWICE) & told me to ask about a couple things that should have been done-that WEREN'T! The alignment definitely helped, but his time & knowledge were PRICELESS! THANK YOU!!!

Jodie really went above and beyond for me when I suddenly had to replace two of my tires. Not only was she extremely helpful, she was very kind and did everything she could to work with me and make sure I was able to drive again as soon as possible. It was wonderful interacting with her and I felt very welcomed by her and the other employees at the front desk as well. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any more car trouble, they treat customers better than any other auto shop I’ve ever been in. Thank you so much Jodie!

My car was taken within 5 minutes and they kepted me notified as to the progress of the work. I was in and out within 35 - 45 minuets.
