Found a screw in my tire just after 6pm on a Friday...called them up to make sure they could get me in, and luckily they could. Was able to make it over there and they got the tire plugged and I was out the door in about 12 minutes. Great service

Extremely accommodating! You were able to get my son's jeep in in right away to begin examining why thete was an issue. Very friendly, per usual. Once issue was detected, part ordered and repaired there was little wait time. This instance the issue was a part that was under warranty and all was honored as such. Great experience as always! I have a Toyota FJ Cruiser which has 3 front windshield wipers. And this morning in the snowy weather the middle wiper only started to stop working. I went to Brakes Plus 4-5 hours to look at it. Advanced Auto right next door was closed with computer issues. So I drove across the street and stopped at Discount Tire to ask if they would help but only can replace the wiper blade. So I stopped at Service Street and explained the problem. They got it in within a matter of a few minutes. They said it simple and done and pulled it up to the front. They said in the colder weather they sometimes will have the bolt loosen up which is intentional so it won't burn out the motor. I went to pay and they said no charge because it was so simple. Not many people like this around anymore. Very impressive and good business.

Traveling a long distance and stopped nearby for the night. They were able to squeeze me in the next morning and check concerns on my vehicle to make sure the rest of my trip would be fine. Very friendly and helpful.

These guys are GREAT! I knew the cost up front and the care and work they performed on my F150 is unmatched. They are my go to repair shop. The nice little "extra" touch was they offer rides to and from their shop. Way to go guys!!!

I had an emissions test done. Did not make a sort. But the service tech took me right in. I was not there more than 10 mins. Very clean waiting area. And courteous staff.

The mechanics here were very thorough & I felt respected as a woman. It definitely is a step up from other mechanic interactions that I’ve had elsewhere. I will be returning to this spot for all my car troubles.

These guys are GREAT! If you are looking for a mechanic then look no further! I called at 4:55pm and spoke with Brent. The taillights on my 2011 F150 weren't working. He said to bring it over and they would put it on the lift. I said "now, or in the morning", he said bring it on over. He got it diagnosed and repaired in record time! AND the price couldn't be beat anywhere. They will be my mechanic from now on. So glad I found them

Staff were helpful, friendly, and communicated with me in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to make sure that I understood what they tested and what is going on with my car. Since the issue my car has can only be solved by taking it to a dealership they didn't charge me for the diagnostic. I was already impressed with their service before that happened and was truly overwhelmed by the generosity. In a world where it seems that so many places are focused on up selling and profits it was refreshing to meet someone who actually cares about their customers. I'm definitely recommending Service Street Auto Repair to all my friends and if any of my own cars need service I'll be bringing them here as well. They definitely know how to build loyalty from their customers.
