Great service, thought it was going to be a $3000+ fix. Ended up being a $20 fix 😊 Very fast and the mechanic didn’t charge me a cent. If you need a place to go, look no further.

My car was stuck about 75 yards from your store at AutoZone. Initially, a gentleman behind the desk was not willing to help me get it down to Service Street, even if it was to coast down to a parking spot. Said they can only help me out if it gets pulled into one of their parking spots or a bay. Even though I was willing to have my car serviced at Service Street you never made and attempt to help us out. Luckily, Leonard was more than willing to follow my son and I back to the car parked in front of AutoZone. He offered detailed feedback and was patient enough until the car was able to get into a gear so I could coast down to Service Street where he and my son helped guide it into a parking spot. Leonard was terrific! The repairs were done first thing the next morning and the car is running perfectly! Please provide Leonard with huge praise! Thank you!!

They are trustworthy and great at explaining what the findings are and what to look our for in the future. I appreciate that they gave me a list of items that I can do in baby-steps and no pressure to do all at once. Great way to help the customer. I have an older vehicle with high milage and I rely on it heavily to commute between CO and NM. I brought it in for oil change and it seemed fine. The mechanic was astute and identified a problem with the spark plugs that may have resulted in major engine problems. I am grateful for their thoroughness and their honesty.

I very much appreciate the services and honesty of Service Street Auto Repair. They are a trustworthy mechanic with honesty and integrity. They were able to fix my truck from an oil leak earlier in Jan 2024. I revisited and they were able to honor the warranty to make sure the current issue was not related to the previous work done. They were able to determine why the engine light was still on to find that the previous shop I used, forgot to replace a valve. I will continue to use Street Service for future needs. Thank you to them specially Mr Larry who made me feel like I am family. You guys are great.
