I have been using Service Street ever since they opened their business on Dallas Hwy. The employees there are incredible, top notch service from the time you walk in the door. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a service provider you can trust and rely on for all your automotive needs. Kudos to all those who work here, keep up the incredible services you provide.

Jeff, Cole, Ally and the other guy (Idk his name) but he has a beard with glasses we're all very nice. Jeff consistently updated me about my car and the work they were doing. He replaced one of my tires at no charge. Everyone was very knowledgeable. They offered rides via Lyft. They were AMAZING. I am going to them for all my car issues forever!! I highly recommend Service Street!!

Very efficient and fast

I called up service Street at 8 o’clock they got me in right away! They did a diagnostic on my car because my check engine light was on It was a little pricey 189 , but they were very thorough. Turns out I just needed some maintenance done for my car and I didn’t need my catalytic converter completely replaced. The owner I think his name was Jake actually did some research and found that there’s a warranty for the catalytic converter with ford and I was still within that warranty and said if there’s any other issues, I could take it up to Ford and it should be covered. They were very helpful, very kind, and very honest. The labor was expensive compared to other shops I’ve been to in the past, but they did good quality work and I definitely think it was worth it. I definitely think you were paying for good quality work here I also do think that they are not jerking you trying to pressure you into getting more things done that are necessary. It seems like they were consistently with every customer coming through the door, trying to work with them.

I give 5 stars solely for being one of the first mechanics I’ve been to that hasn't tried to rip me off because I’m a woman. On top of that, they’re friendly, polite and super quick! Thank yall!

Nick kept me well informed at all times. It was a complicated repair snd they worked hard to secure the parts necessary. The savings were also excellent when compared to a dealership.

Car wouldn't start, and had it towed. They jumped a new battery, and kept it to test stop and start. Very professional and friendly.
