Honest shop. Passed bait car test. Thank you

While running some errands my car started making a tremendously loud noise by one of my rear tires. I took it to Service Street Auto Repair. Their staff is awesome. They put the car on one of their lifts. The service technician removed the tire and discovered the problem immediately. It was a pebble stuck in the brakes. He removed the pebble and saw no damage was done. I was relieved to learn the good news. They had me in and out within 30 minutes. I was especially surprised when the manager told me there was no charge for the work. They have earned my business going forward for all my cars.

They were able to get me in ahead of my schedule on stand by and got the car finished early. They showed me other things that could be done for better performance but did not push any services I did not request.

Service was quick and took care of my saftey inspection in a timely manner. Very professional I will return again.

Came in with an unexpected emergency dealing my brakes. Not only did they accommodate my budget, but got my car fixed in a very reasonable time. They really helped me out of a bind and I appreciate it!

Never been here, nor will i even go here but i saw a youtube video in which they tested the hounesty of the repairshop. They came out insanely well and the mechanic in charge proved to be an hounest man with a lot of integrity If you do live here, and have a flat tire, please let them repear it :-)

I have been taking all my vehicles to Service Street in Thornton and this shop is "Awesome". The service is stellar and the prices are fair. They are not like other shops that try to take you for all your money and then some. I appreciate that they are honest, truthful and extremely knowledgeable. Leonard is the best. He always treats you like you are family and will go above and beyond to help you in order to get you through the tough times in auto repairs. He understands that auto repair can sometimes get costly, yet he will do everything he can to get the job done right the first time and still do it on my budget. He does not cut corners nor does he try to sell me on things my vehicles do not need. It is hard to find people in this industry that are honest and run a business with integrity. I understand that no business is perfect but when you have managers like Leonard running the shop, I have the peace of mind that all 3 of my Mercedes, GMC truck and Nissan Frontier are in good hands. I am not sure why other reviews tend to cry a river about this place but in my experience of taking my vehicles there has been nothing but GREAT. They will continue to have my business. If your looking for a great auto repair shop to take your car to, take my word for it, this is the place. Ask for the manager (Leonard), He will take care of you and give you a great experience. Thanks Leonard for always keeping my cars running at peak performance. Keep up the good work.
