I’ve been bringing my cars to this shop for years, but this time I felt compelled to leave a review. Came in for routine maintenance on a 2015 Ford Edge, and discovered a small issue—thankfully, they were able to fix it the same day. Anthony stood out with his impressive knowledge, professionalism, politeness, and honesty. He kept me informed throughout the process, making the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend this shop for reliable and trustworthy service! The entire crew, from management to mechanics, are awesome! Thank you!!!

My fiancé and I brought our 2014 Nissan Maxima in. Anthony was very polite and informative. Sherry was very helpful as well and a great addition to your crew. Their Manager, Deanna, was also there and very kind. Our car was throwing a code that our transmission fluid was low. Although flushing the fluid would have been more profitable to the company they were honest with us and suggested because of the age of the car we should just do a top off as it could potentially do significant damage to do a flush. They surprisingly ordered us a Lyft to our gym while we waited for our vehicle to be repaired. They suggested other repairs that are not currently in our budget , however, we will be back for all of our vehicle needs. Thank you for your integrity and you can expect multiple referrals from us.

The service advisors and technician took great care of my vehicle. I was able to replace all four tires, get an alignment, an oil change, and replace my front brakes within 24 hours. The Lyft service they offer is very convenient and helpful. Nicole was excellent and helped me apply for financing and helped me save a bit on services and told me about the rebates available. If you're looking for all in one service, I would recommend Service Street.
