Honest and fair, very transparent!

I went to Service Street after going over to Brakes Plus. Based on what Brakes Plus was telling me about an oil leak I had. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion because Brakes Plus was telling me I needed have my oil filter changed as well as my oil pan, and an oil change. The total cost, with labor, was going to be over $500. Dell, from Service Street, told me to bring it on over. Once the car was looked at Dell told me that none of what Brakes Plus recommended was needed, and that the leak was fixed. I was due for an oil change so I got one. I can't tell you how happy I was with the honesty of Dell and the Service Street mechanics! Honesty is certainly the best policy, and Service Street showed me why, today. Thanks team!

Adam and the rest of the employees always take great care of my family’s four vehicles. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. This week, I was able to get in quickly for an oil change without an appointment. I was given a very reasonable quote for two new tires. Adam was able to order them and have his team put them on the next morning. My car drives so much smoother now, and I feel safer knowing my vehicle has been taken care of by Adam and his team.

My backup camera became disconnected when my tailgate fell off. The dealer wanted over $2000 to replace the whole system. Service Street got me in immediately, fixed it, and replaced my windshield wipers all for $70. They were friendly, efficient, and inexpensive. I highly recommend these guys.

I have been to Service Street several times for oil changes and to fix other problems related to the age of my vehicle. Although more repairs are never welcome, this time the oil leak did not surprise me. Langston was very patient, polite and professional, showing me pictures of the problem. They were able to get the problem fixed in one day and provided me with Lyft rides home and back again.

I had a sway bar spacer that needed to be greased. Travis did it right away and would not let me pay him for it. Thank you!
