Good honest shop, need more mechanics like them now a days

While visiting my daughter from out of this area , I realized I had a large nail in my tire. Had no idea where to go ! Googled and saw this location and its reviews and so many good reviews and decided to give it a try . I was amazed at the prompt , good and courteous service . So rare and hard to find ! Thank you !

They are always so thorough with their communication on any issues I may be having, as well as thorough to get the job done and for follow up. I never feel like I am being talked into something, I always feel fully prepared on any work my car needs.

These are the guys to trust. I promise you that. I’ve had more work than I would’ve liked done on my car over the past couple months and these guys have taken incredible care of me. Eddie, jacob, and their team absolutely crushed it. Even in a time of frustration they did everything to ensure I walked away satisfied and comfortable which is a testament to how they operate. They helped calm me and see where my car needed some more love and got it done better than anyone else I could’ve asked from. You guys rock thank you so much. I can’t wait to continue my business always with you guys.

I had an absolutely lovely experience! I fully HATE any time I need anything done to my car because I have had such nightmare experiences from shops and dealerships trying to take advantage of me, or just overall miserable processes. I phoned service street CP months ago needing last minute service because I was about to go out of town. I was able to drive in and chat with the team minutes later. Fast forward to actually getting the fix (because I’m a slacker), and the process was quick and easy. The whole team (office dog included) are so friendly, thoughtful and easy to talk to. The waiting room is quaint and clean, and was easy to work from for the little bit of time my car was being taken care of. Communication was on point and just overall friendliness and level of welcoming was and is amazing.

Repair "check engine light on" . Quick response, but price for troubleshooting $195.11 and not voided, when repairs done. Service 20-30% more expensive same fix at near automobile shops

Stopped for a low tire pressure. Thought I had a nail. They checked it all out and filled all the tires with air and would not take a dime. Friendly as could be. Will never go any place else

This was my first visit due to a potential warranty issue. They were able to diagnose and fix my issue quickly and fairly inexpensively without needing to even use my deductible.

Good service Courtney is the best

The best experience I've had with an auto shop to date. I managed to limp my misfiring car into their parking lot after not wanting to wait 2 hours for a tow. They got me in and out in just over an hour with a wallet that wasn't too much lighter and a car that ran far better. Josh and Dave were the gentlemen I dealt with and they maintained a friendly and patient attitude with me throughout. Truly, "above and beyond" is a fitting description.
