Amazing service I have been bring my cars here for a little close over a year now. Service and the full team always top notch and I been recommending them to my friends and family. Please try them before you go to dealership. They even do engine warranty work so no reason to pass them up!!! And the stand behind the work they provide!! That means a lot in today world

I went in for an oil change, and all of them were very nice and knowledgeable. Even though the service appointment was just for an oil change, they gave me honest recommendations about what my car needs for the future visit! Also, huge shoutout to Tubs (the dog) for the love!

Taylor was amazing and helpful! I usually go to another location but Taylor made my experience top tier by gathering my info and being transparent with the issues with my car and getting me in for an oil change last minute. He was realistic and made sure all my questions were answered too. The staff at this location all are clearly driven by customer service in general, can’t recommend them enough!

I bought a pre-owned Jeep a few days ago. The four wheels on the ground had wheel locks but the spare tires did not. Of course, it is truly exposed on the back of the Jeep… easy picking for thieves. Well, I went to AutoZone on Fry Rd. and bought a wheel lock for the spare. I asked the manager where he thought I could get it installed. He immediately told me… SERVICE STREET! So… off I went to SERVICE STREET. When I arrived I was met by the General Manager, Alley Gray. She enthusiastically introduced herself and asked what I needed. I began to explain my situation. No problem! She took my keys… drove my Jeep into one of the service bays… had the wheel lock installed… and that was it! She drove back around to the front of the facility…. gave me the keys and said… have a nice day! WOW! That was quick! How much do I owe you…. She said that there was no charge and she wished for me to have a great day! Now… that was tremendous customer service with a smile! I’ll definitely take my Jeep back to Ms. Gray when I need service! Thank you, Ms. Gray.

When a major problem happens on the road that leads to catastrophic failure it can be devastating and very upsetting. The team here walking me thru the entire repair process added photos along the way and at every step of the repair process. In my 38 years of driving and owning a car I have never seen anything like this before. The quality of the repairs and communication was absolutely 5 star . You can’t put a price on peace of mind. Thank you to the entire team that got my truck on the road , thank you for every step in the process. Forever grateful where ever you might be this is the place to get your work done hands down. Lot of shops claim to do good work this one backs it up.
