What a refreshing experience! I always feel taken advantage of as a woman going into a service shop. James and Josh could not have been more helpful and friendly. I would recommend Service Street to anyone!

Saw the video on YT, love the honesty!

They are new and close, so I thought I would give them a try. My problem was simple, a nail in my tire that was fixed with a plug. My car was immediately taken into the service bay and it took maybe 20 minutes. When I was ready to pay, they said ‘no charge’. Now that is amazing service. I will definitely be back!

David and team particularly James installed my power steering in my SL550. But before the repair was started, I went back for certainty it was the correct matter that match the sound I was hearing. James pointed out the matter and showed me how to detect the issue. I got the car back in one day.

Wow!! Above and Beyond Service!!!! I’ve had to take my jeep in for two separate issues in the past month, and I have to say Albert goes above and beyond for his customers. He’s very very good at communicating and keeping you in the loop, as well as explaining things in great detail. He even showed up early for his shift because he knew I was coming in and wanted to speak with me in person to give me a break down of what was needed on my vehicle. Give this man a raise because truly he’s helped me out so much with my vehicle. Michelle was also very very helpful and was able to walk me through some things for the next time I brought my car in. Thank you so much! This is my go to spot now in Parker and I will be a returning customer. Thank you guys again.

Albert is an extremely fair, honest and helpful technician. I will only be taking my cars here moving forward.

Great Place.

Low Cost Pet Clinic, SUNDAY JUNE 8, 2-4pm. Very pet-friendly service center!🐕 Met the new manager, Alley, today & she is great. Went out of her way to speak to each of us; kept us updated on what was going on with our car. Techs were quick. Office is beautiful. I will definitely come back & refer my friends. New shop in a new area, and I love it.

Honest!

Thank you Bill for saving me! My tire was leaking air before a big trip and he took me in earlier than the shop even opened. He saw I needed help and had no hesitation to step in and save the day. Coming back to you all for any of my auto repair needs in the future!

I have a wonderful experience at Service Street great staff overall. The older tech in the bay was very quick with my oil change. I was wonder he is seeing anyone.
