When I called to get an appointment for a n AC charge, they said they had time today and it would only take one hour. He then asked if I wanted a quote and if was a fair price, so I brought it in. They were friendly, professional and completed in one hour at the price quoted.

Excellent customer service from Anthony. He was kind, patient and listened to my concerns/requests. I really appreciated that my truck was complete upon my arrival. IMHO, companies that are at the pinnacle in providing customer service WILL win! It appears Service Street is deploying this strategy.

My battery died right next door to here. The team came over, helped jump my SUV, and then was able to order the battery and get me and my son back on the road in an hour. Amazing job!

Kyle, the manager, and Thomas are the best repair men I’ve ever been helped by. Every time I come in, I see Thomas efficiently multitasking phone calls, walk-ins, and computer stuff. Kyle speaks with so much kindness and patience—he really makes me feel welcome and taken care of! Service Street on Floyd Rd secured my business when they had a special on oil changes: 5 changes or tire rotations for one price of $89!!! That special was the best and these guys are the best. I’ve been coming to them first ever since.

Big thanks to Service Street in Southlands for the speedy oil change and topping off all my fluids like a boss! In and out in no time with smiles all around 10/10 experience and true customer service which is unfortunately not the norm these days!
