I can’t say enough good things about Service Street Auto in Castle pines! As someone who's super picky about who works on my Challenger, finding a shop I trust has always been a challenge in itself. After bringing my car in for two separate emergencies, I’m beyond impressed. The staff is not only incredibly friendly but also exceptionally quick. Pricing is fair, but the speed and quality of their work are what truly stand out. It’s a relief to have a reliable place I can count on. I highly recommend.

Quick and fair prices. My first time was great. Finally got my ac working again and confirmed the oil leak for me to get done next. Will be back again for sure.

I loved this shop! I had originally taken it in for an oil change, but the tech immediately diagnosed an issue that was supposed to have been repaired by another auto shop. Emmett was great at explaining the issue & pointing me in the right direction on how to get it fixed. He was professional & so helpful! They didn't price gouge me either.

Amazing service! Amazing staff! Amazing everything! Was walked through the entire estimate with pictures and thorough explanations. The most amazing part was calling me to remove one of the repairs that turned out to be a smaller issue. Thank you again for the amazing job!

These guys go above and beyond to make sure that you feel comfortable with everything up front. There are no surprises. The entire staff is friendly, they truly care about you and your vehicle. UPDATE: I just had a different vehicle serviced here, and the attention to detail, the friendliness of all staff, and the quality of work, all remain second to none. I recommend this location in Highlands Ranch without any reservation. Sam and the crew are simply outstanding!

This morning I went to start my car and it wouldn’t turn over. After getting it jumped, I brought it to Service Street. I spoke with Thomas on the phone and he was very kind! I arrived around 10:30. They took it back right away and ran the diagnostics. They offered me and my two young kids a Lyft ride home and back but we didn’t need the service because they were so fast! By the time we grabbed food they had already called to tell me the issue. They said it would be done in about an hour. When we got back over from eating they were already done. The price was very reasonable too. I can’t say enough about how kind and supportive they were when we were clearly having a bad day. I will definitely return to Service Street in the future and I appreciate the professionalism and kindness they provided. I highly recommend them! Thank you again, Thomas Epler!
