Nice staff. Quick oil change.

Replaced the battery on our 2019 XT4 in about 90 mins. Looking at the utube video they had to take apart a lot of stuff.

I had my truck towed there for engine failure unfortunately, the warranty company endurance was awful,although I didn’t get my truck fix I would definitely use them again in the future,Chris was amazing if I could give them 50 stars I would!!

I was given the name of this place from a competitor in the area that told me they couldn’t help me. When I walked into Service Street I was immediately greeted by the store’s new manager Will Porter who was so kind and helpful. He made sure I really needed a new battery by cleaning off the corrosion as well as test the existing battery. I appreciated that extra step. Turns out I did need a new one. They got the work done well and my car is running smoothly again. Conveniently located by Southlands, this is a wonderful place to take your car for a variety of repairs. I have found my new place and cannot recommend Service Street enough!

I felt it was important to update my last review- absolutely outstanding service again! The new manager was top notch- even met me outside with my keys and paperwork when I went to pick it up. Highly recommend still! It was very quick to get an appointment made. When I noticed that they had forgotten to do my tire rotation (which given the holiday season and short staffing was totally understandable, mistakes happen) they immediately rectified it. They were incredibly polite and professional.

I was very pleased with Eddie, their GM, as I asked if he immediately could get me in to replace my wiper blades and they did!

Every experience I have had with these amazing people have been outstanding! They are so nice and considerate and they are definitely experts!!!! They have great service and fast! They are very affordable and do top notch work! I’m never going anywhere else!!

So the bar was “change oil, don’t destroy Camry,” and against all odds, Service Street cleared it with style. They took my mother-in-law’s Camry, a vehicle that has seen more cautious driving than a museum artifact, and performed an oil change so smooth it might as well have been narrated by a nature documentary voice. No mysterious leaks, no leftover bolts “for character,” no check engine light staging a dramatic protest on the way home. Just… competence. Disturbing, really. The staff didn’t try to upsell us a flux capacitor, a transmission rebuild, or a spiritual alignment for the tires. They simply did the job. Efficiently. Politely. Like some kind of well-run operation instead of the usual automotive roulette. Mother-in-law approved, which is a higher standard than most state inspections. The Camry purred. I briefly questioned whether we’d slipped into an alternate timeline where things just… work. Would I trust them again? Against my deeply ingrained skepticism of all things mechanical and human-operated, yes. They’ve earned it.

This was my first time at Service Street and I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness and quality of the job I received. I got to communicate with Adam at the front desk who made the process swift and easy. General service technician Zach worked on my car efficiently and quick. I will be coming back for future maintenance.
