They work with you to fix your vehicle. My van was in bad shape the bottom was all rusted out. It was a used vehicle. But now it's all brand new. But I could not pay all at once they work with a company that you are able to make payments to and they fix your vehicle now.

I needed a quick repair to my truck for a battery cable and battery cable clamp. They squeezed me in they were courteous, accommodating, and did great work. I definitely will be back and use their services.

I’m a single women in my fifty’s I have 2 vehicles. My mechanic of 15 years retired. I received a flyer in the mail to service street garage so I took my car there the manager and staff was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable Cody the tech (now the manager) told me he would call me after the mechanic diagnosed my car he also ask if I needed a ride somewhere he would order me a Lyft & he did I don’t know of any shop that will pay for your Lyft to and from the shop my car was fixed correctly so I soon was in need of service on my other vehicle Cody helped me out again car got fixed very satisfied now it’s been 4 years of taking my vehicles and Cody is now the manager I’m happy for his promotion he definitely deserves it he’s very respectful and helpful I would never take my vehicles anywhere else however the prices are a little high but you pay for what you get and I get excellent service piece of mind my vehicle is fixed properly and I’m safe to get back out on the road and that means everything!!! I trust this shop good honest people. Best shop in Knoxville (Cedarbluff location) thank you service street for all you do !!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! I came in from out of town and spoke with Mr. Jim who got me into an appointment quickly and with cheer. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I give an A+ for the service and the work done on my car. I live in Chattanooga, but I’m super tempted to make them my go-to spot!

These guys are the absolute best! I did not have the lock for my wheels, and they took my car all the way to the dealership in HIGHLANDS RANCH to get the lock so they could replace the brakes. I used to go to the Service Street at Southlands before moving, and these guys are just as great. Customer for life!

This shop gets you in and out much quicker than most,

I get all my oil changes at Serviced Street and they also did my brakes in the past. I have always had good experiences, which is why I keep coming back.

I stopped in unannounced to get a tire patch and Skyler took care of me right away. Took my car back immediately and had it done 10 minutes later. Great service!

I’ve been here twice for oil changes (all the way from HKA area. My most recent visit was yesterday, both experiences were amazing. The customer service here is stellar, the staff is polite and professional, and this morning I even received a courtesy follow up call from the manager Allie thanking me for my business and letting me know they are available if I had any questions. Thank you service street, I’ll see you all again in 5k miles.
