Came in for a vehicle inspection at lunch on a Monday. They were not slow, by any stretch. I was in and out within 25 minutes. Staff were very friendly. Heard them speak to both men and women of various ages, and they treated everyone the same.

Managers do not get enough credit for their role in supporting customer service outcomes. Michelle, Manager at this facility is extremely a high value leader! She not only turned an unfavorable customer experience to an A+ service of excellence. Highly recommend. Thank you and will be back!

I had some front end suspension and tierod work done. The manager Alley took care of it all and went above and beyond to fix up Duke my 10 year old Dodge Ram 1500. Thank you Alley 👍

Car wouldn't start. Had AAA drop the car off. Alternator was under warrenty; so no cost and little effort on our part after getting AAA out. Great, friendly, no-hassle service!

Friendly and great experience

Always Quick in & out for an annual State Inspection. While waiting for my vehicle I witnessed the young man managing the counter trying to do everything he could to honestly and compassionately assist another customer. Appeared to be a single mom with limited funds until payday... Sounded like some else might have damaged her car in a hit & run. Service Street was being honest in their recommendations to her and assuring her they would do everything they could to get the proper & affordable maintenance for her vehicle. No attempts to over sell service. Just honesty. You just don't find places like this anymore!!! This shop is someplace I would send my daughter or grand daughter to and not worry about them getting ripped off. Big Thumbs up!!!

I received excellent service from Service Street on two occasions for my 2014 Honda CR-V in the last two weeks. On the first visit, they did an alignment for tires I had just purchased at Discount Tire. As part of the service they checked the rest of the vehicle. They reported that the transfer case had a leaking seal. That really surprised me because Schomp Honda had just serviced the car the previous day and said the seals were fine. I took the car back to Schomp and asked them to check. This time they found the leak and fixed it. Honda also told me the battery was good. When the battery failed the next week, I took the car to Service Street to replace the battery. So far (one day later) the battery seems to be working fine.

If I could give this place a million starts I would! My son had an axel problem and not only did they go above and beyond for him but they treated him with the upmost respect and kindness. They were so helpful and were able to fix the problem. Any other place would have taken advantage of a 17 y/o but they did not. We went to the Halls location. We were referred by a friend who uses them for all his cars and I see why! Thank you Jay and the rest of the crew for being so wonderful to Caleb and his Infinity ❤️
