Friendly, efficient service! Reasonable prices

I have gone to the Parker location several times this past 3 months and have left happy each time!! The staff has been professional and Ryan the Service Advisor has been excellent at answering my questions and putting my mind at ease that my car could be fixed- thank you Ryan!!

Skyler and Thomas saved the day! When Firestone wouldn’t get us in for a nail, Service Street got us right in and fixed us up. I can’t say good enough things. Thank you again!

Really didn’t know a lot about the shop, but as I utilize them to install my transmission and do regular maintenance work, I realize they are truly awesome thorough, reasonably priced, take a really good time with your vehicle, and gets the work done quickly without long weights. The staff has excellent customer service. I’ve moved all the way from Villa Ricca, Georgia to Augusta, Georgia, which is about 2 1/2 hours away from one another and I intend to utilize them for my regular maintenance on my vehicle. I like them just that much.

Efficient and fast.I had a state inspection and replaced the serpentine belt. In and out in about 35 minutes.

Very honest and patient with people, like me and probably many, who don’t understand the intricacies of cars. Deanna took the time to explain all that was wrong with my older car but all the while understanding that I do not intend to keep it for long. She suggested the minimal services to keep me going. Her honesty and directness was very much appreciated and she at no time tried to take advantage of this car dumbo! Thank you and I’ll be returning to the Frisco Main St. location again.

This is my second time coming here and they are a great team that gets things taken care of in a timely manner. I’ve come here for oil changes and tire rotations. Would definitely recommend them!

Gentlemen that was in front was excellent. Glad they offered me a ride back home while they did the service was being done. Pricing was reasonable. Hopefully my road trip will be smooth, but I’m sure it will be.

Thank you so much for being open early and being able to take care of my flat tire first thing in the morning! Nothing is worse than trying to get to work on time, then you find out you have a flat.
